There was a wierd smell upstairs on way to bedrooms, smelled like swerage. Once you were in your room couldn't smell it. Maybe it was just an issue on the paricular night we stayed.

The seaview was amazing and so relaxing. The staff were all so friendly, especially the bar staff.

The bedroom/ shower unit was v Small. The bed was too small, it was up against the wall so you only could use One side of the bed., god help you if you had two people staying in the bedroom. .my feet were over the end of the bed , and I had to curl up to try to fall asleep. The shower unit was way too small - I had to go into it sideways to go take a shower , too tight , There was a draft/ cold air in the room all night .. The walls were paper thin - you could hear next door talking.. As a business person who travels a lot ,overall, it was way too much money to pay for what I got.

The location was perfect, as I travel a lot with work it was the perfect location between offices.. the views were beautiful.

Tv in room didn’t work and I wanted to watch a match. Moved to a different room but unfortunately the Tv in that room was not great- poor signal.

Some improvement could be made by cleaning crew-room clean but simple things like cleaning remote or replacing used stationary would make huge difference. Breakfast crew were very slow even after being asked to take order waited 15-20 mins for it to be taken (over 40mins waiting in total before order taken)

Location, location, location. Stunning views and walks around the hotel. So nice to sit on the patio with a drink and listen to the waves. Cliff walks are stunning. Hotel nicely decorated and great value for money. Reception staff lovely. Dinnner was good and amazing to sit at window and watch out at views.

On this visit no cocktails being made, but I know the place was exceptionally busy.

The location is fantastic, that's why we keep coming back. The seaview rooms are amazing. Beds so comfy. Staff really nice and helpful. Food excellent.

The location is beautiful. Wish I could've enjoyed the view from the room more. Girl on reception was really friendly and very helpful. Girl serving breakfast was the same. Very laid back vibe which is great.

Rooms need some maintenance and to go to rooms you need to pass from the restaurant with the luggage even in busy hours. Decore is a bit old.

Menu was ok but could do with improvement. I thought it was quite expensive for what I got and didn't think my meal was great. Maybe I just got unlucky with my choice.

as a solo traveller I was very happy to be upgraded to a lovely room when I arrived last week! I used to live in this area and now live in Kerry, so I come back now and again to visit friends. I will definitely used the Shoreline hotel again as its convenient, friendly and right beside the sea for daily swims!

Bathroom in the room hadn’t been renovated like the rest of the room so was very dated old shower that soaked the place even with curtain pulled. We also go breakfast included and the menu was quite poor 3/4 options and not many vegetarian options or not great options on kids menu we where disappointed probably wouldn’t book breakfast if we stay again definitely not worth it.
