Property is in an excellent location, host was excellent and easy to contact, views are perfect and Galway/Salthill is a great city but the property itself needs a little updating and would be more suitable for stags/hens.

We wanted to use a pot for breakfast and unfortunately both pots were dirty - scrambled eggs not cleaned off properly which was unfortunate. There was a sock over the smoke alarm and one friend needed to use the sofa bed in the living room but unfortunately it was too uncomfortable with just a sheet over the base. Maybe if you are drunk it would be fine.

Great location, it was a lovely evening and nice to sit near the window looking out at the sea. There was a lovely buzz on the promenade across the road. Very spacious for 3 people and very little noise given that it was above a pub. The rooms were of a decent size and clean. The two beds were good.

Very poor quality accommodation, not clean, hairs everywhere special bathroom. Your feet stick to the floor while walking. Freeze and dishwasher not working. Only half roll of toilet paper provided for the three nite stay. Has the possibility of being amazing accommodation if it was looked after better.

However, our check in time was delayed as the cleaners were still there at 5pm, one bed was made perfectly and the others were thrown together.

The host was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The views were spectacular and we were lucky enough to ave a sunny day in Galway!!!! Everything was unto standard.

Pros apartment was in a good location and was warm and comfortable. Cons - TV didn't work, could do with some paint work to freshen up.

Iron didn't work, ventilation wasn't the best, shower was leaky, no microwave, they only gave us one bin bag, no sponges to wash up with although there was soap. Fridge didn't smell the freshest,

The heating was ok, there was a good amount of space and no serious issues with bedding in the main rooms, loved the view and the free body wash, towels were very handy

The toilet seat was broken, and I felt the apartment needed a deep clean.

The apartment is in a great location and easy to access public transport and parking. The rooms were tidy and the apartment comfortably fit 5 of us. Host was super responsive and helpful. The accommodation is basic but suitable for young people spending most of their time in the city. I thought the noise from the bars above and below would be bad but it was not at all.

. Price/quality are well below expectations. . There is an overall lack of cleanliness. The building's entrance is at the back of a pub, which is not the most pleasant entrance and the elevator is filthy, but it didn't affect our stay. We arrived with instructions for apartment 3 and the corresponding locker code; the code opened the locker, but there was no key... I opened the apartment door, which was unlocked, and there were other guests inside! We contacted the owner, who apologized and provided us with a new code for apartment 4. The situation was exactly the same: there was no key in the locker, the door was unlocked, and other guests were present. We contacted the owner again, who provided the code for apartment 1, and we finally entered the correct apartment. The location is good, and there is a great view of the sea; however, the apartment is not well maintained, and the windows are dirty, making the pleasant sea view less pleasant. Regardless of the price (which I do not consider cheap - €162/night on sale), they could maintain the apartment in much better condition. The most negative aspect of this apartment is its cleanliness: the smell, the hair in the bathroom, the smelly sofa cushions, and the dishwasher with dirty dishes... We reserved accommodations for five people, but only 4 pillows were provided. The living room doesn't have any curtains or blackouts... This makes the stay of those sleeping in the living room extremely uncomfortable. I believe that these situations should be avoided rather than resolved during the stay. This accumulation of issues appears to be due to poor management and a lack of panache. At the end of my stay, I informed the owner about the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, but he didn't even respond. I'm confident that all of the negative aspects that I have mentioned can be easily resolved and improved.

Beds were uncomfortable Glasses weren't clean in the kitchen. Quite an untidy place but we were desperate to find somewhere to stay after our previous choice has been cancelled at short notice by the owner.due to vandalism by teenagers
