We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandIts pretty disappointing that our room was literally on top of a wedding and we couldn't sleep until 3am. Surely all non wedding guests should be positioned at the other side of the hotel? Also, the room was incredibly hot which meant we had to open a window, which made things worse

Irelandthe price for one night was steep and then the extra charge of 20 pp for breakfast. The hot breakfast was not up to standard in my opinion and I was therefore disappointed with paying that price per person
service was amazing. front of house staff were very welcoming. spa was amazing and we both had treatments which were very good. Evening dinner was lovely and the staff in the bar were lovely. Will go back

IrelandA couple of the staff were quite rude. We were even accused of lying at one point! We got locked into the river walk because the gate was wide open but we were told that that’s never the case and we must have “snuck in behind someone” Gas. But rude. Food in the main restaurant was middle at best. Definitely not worth the money.
Spa was fab but they don’t make it clear enough that you have to book, so we only got 25 mins in on day 1. Our waitress was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help me decide on my meal! In general the staff were lovely. Beds were super comfortable and the overall vibes were great
