what a charming little find, off the beaten path from busy quay street, with fantastic views of the bay and a clean, comfortable room. Freddie, our host, was full of local recommendations, which we took full advantage of, and the breakfast was to die for! great job guys!

My only caution is that the location is a bit more than easy walking distance from town. Check the local map if this might be a concern for you. It is, however, quite close to a bus stop that goes to the city half-hourly (hourly on Sunday). Especially nice location if you have a car and are going into the countryside on excursions.

The hosts and staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The room was well-appointed and light, and the lush breakfast patio and delicious food were the perfect way to start the day. The host was extremely helpful in facilitating arrangements.

Another great stay at Sea Breeze Lodge. It was our second time in Galway and the second time as guests of Michelle and Fred. Great location, spacious and super clean room, with comfortable bed, stereo system, and a lot of complimentary fruits and snacks. Will definitely come back if in Galway again.

Nicely designed and well kept with lots of passion and dedication. The owners live there, too. Th rooms were equipped with nice amenities, very clean , the most comfortable beds, ever (!!) Amazing breakfast & fantastic and inspiring hosts. It was even hard to say bye 🥲

The room coffee was a French press which I didn’t know how to use.

The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The hosts provided plentiful and lovely snacks and drinks as part of the room. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh squeezed juice and nicely spiced food.

You would need a car to easily access city center, but walkable to many things.

Spacious rooms, extremely well-appointed! Wonderful extras like a welcome drink, fresh fruit, snacks, cheese & crackers in room! Loved the bath robes & slippers too. Lots of options for breakfast. Walkable to the beach!

We had to leave.

Location was perfect. The welcome by the owners, warm, friendly and informative. The bedroom was spacious with good light , enormous bathroom, luggage racks and comfortable large bed. Daily fresh fruit delivered to our room with tea and coffee facilities. Shared lounge downstairs was cozy with a beautiful grand panino and fireplace. Breakfast each day was simply divine.

We had a great stay at the Seebreeze lodge in Galway! Everything was perfect and the breakfast was amazing. Thanks to Fred and Michelle we really felt like home, and we will definitely come back. P.S: best part was the private concert from Fred on the piano ;) thanks again for everything !

The facilities were superb. The hosts were very hospitable. Any little extra they could offer such as fresh fruit, complimentary water, snacks and local tourist advice was provided. Location was tremendous overlooking the beach and close to restaurants.

We loved the location…out of the hustle & bustle of central Galway & very easy area to get in & out of when touring with a car. Really friendly owners & staff…your initial welcome Fred, not to mention your fabulous cooked breakfasts with your ‘secret’ spices, was the best! Very spacious, comfortable room & and a large modern bathroom..even has bath salts to put in the bath, which I took advantage of!! The breakfast area, with its glazed roof & outlook into the garden is gorgeous. There’s nothing we didn’t love with our stay.
