You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThe hotel receptionist when I was checking out the next morning was extremely rude and kept telling me I hadn’t paid for my room even though I had paid on booking.com but had not registered with the hotel It was extremely uncomfortable and could have been handled a lot better and more professionally

IrelandI’m 5’3 - I couldn’t reach the hooks in the spa to hang up my towel. Pool was much smaller than expected and swimming hats were €4 not €2 as advised at reception so I didn’t have the correct change with me.
Grounds were beautiful Outdoor hot tub a delight. Staff pleasant and helpful. Special mention of Emer who was working solo in the restaurant- managing flawlessly and still took time to go through the entire menu and explain which options chef could make gluten free and how. Food was delicious and I woke next morning feeling fine 😃. Thankyou Emer !!!

United StatesThe room was a bit dusty on the bedside lampshades, and I felt like I could smell dust on my pillow. This was our last night in Ireland before heading to Shannon Airport the next morning. We arrived an hour or so early for our check-in and were told we could access our room early for an extra 15 euros (to pay for housekeeping?!)

United KingdomMost of the staff were good though not all and the restaurant had a limited menu and closed far too early. Room service could have been much better. For example, I could not get the soap dispenser to work and had to make multiple calls for some regular soap. I could not use the TV throughout my stay because it did not work and even when it did finally work, it had only two channels!!!!!! Not sure this is good enough for such an expensive 4 star hotel at this day and age when you can have so many thousands of channels with any company. In many ways this was a serious negative about the hotel.
Breakfast was good but structured and one had to order rather have adequate and different types of food in a buffet, which is much preferred.

IrelandNothing really! I hadn’t been in Limerick for many years. There not the same buzz you get in Cork or Galway, but I’d certainly stay at the hotel again if I was visiting the area.
Lovely property, pool, sauna, gym. Warm welcoming staff at check-in/check-out. Young Irish girl at pool reception, authentic, well brought up. Would be perfect at the front desk of a 5 star hotel. Freshly made full Irish breakfast. Again, Brid the girl on duty was very good.
