We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe WIFI was not secure, so we didn't feel comfortable using it. We booked two rooms, one superior and one standard. The bathroom in the standard room seems a bit overdue for an update although the water pressure and shower were the best we had in a hotel in Ireland. The towels were great and it was very clean. We had difficulty with the television in the standard room and a staff member had to show us the "trick" for using it. He mentioned it was a common issue. Printed, clear instructions would have been great.
The staff were incredibly nice and responsive. Our rooms were very clean, had great temperature control, and were very quiet. As it was the end of our visit to Ireland, we drove a rental car to the hotel the evening before departure. My husband was then able to return the car to the rental agency and take a free shuttle to the airport. The hotel was so close he walked back to the hotel. We had a lot of luggage, including a golf bag and used the hotel's shuttle service to go to the airport the next day. The shuttle runs regularly and the driver was very helpful. Shortest, easiest trip to the airport ever.

United StatesCommunication on how to find the hotel when you land. It's not visible and there were no signs to assist us. We finally called the hotel and they told us how to walk there. On the return to the airport, the shuttle driver put my suitcase in with the handle extended and then it flew around as he drove -- it's now BROKEN. I'm so sad as I can't get an easy replacement while on travel.
It is close to the airport. They run a shuttle but when you arrive at 1am it isn't running and not obvious how to get to the hotel. It's about a 10 minute walk. Departing back to the airport was easier as they have a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes.

United KingdomThere could have been some more food options, I ate at the bar and it was decent but for the price of both the hotel and the food, I expected a little bit more. For one night it was quite expensive.
I got a complimentary upgrade which was amazing, the staff were lovely, the room was amazing, best night's sleep. I felt right at home, so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from.

IrelandAt the airport, the first shuttle drove past without stopping. When he came back around and picked us (and others) up the driver put other people's cases on board but not mine. The seats on the bus were stained.
The hotel was clean and very comfortable. A short drive to/from the airport. Staff were pleasant and polite. On the morning of departure the shuttle driver was pleasant and courteous.
