We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

This is a lovely apartment in a friendly and picturesque fishing village with great pubs and lots to do on the doorstep. It is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The bed was huge and super-comfortable. We stayed for one night and wished we had longer. Maurice is a friendly host who left us welcoming scones and jam. We would highly recommend.

An absolute hidden gem along the coast! The unit was easy to find and instructions to enter were easy to follow. The apartment is large with plenty of space to spread out. The washer and dryer were exactly what we needed at that point in our travels. The kitchen is well appointed, the lounge area comfortable and perfect for spreading out and relaxing, the beds comfortable, lots of hot water with good pressure in the shower. Two good pubs nearby for dinner and a convenience store with everything needed next door.

Off season….the shops that we came to visit were not open….disappointing. That was not at all the fault of the apartment owner however. We did go to the nearby castle for dinner….that is a definite must see!!

United KingdomThere was nothing to dislike about the property. Even the rain did not dampen our stay. That was due to the apartment being so fabulous you didn't mind staying in.
The property was excellent. It was located in the town with easy access to cafes and restaurants. We were met by Maurice the owner who was very welcoming and was always ready to help and give advice (especially when we couldn't work the hob!) Lost for words to describe the apartment except to say that I would gladly live there and would most definitely stay again! Everything you could want or need was there for your comfort and use.

United StatesRoundstone is such a charming village. This apartment was close to a small market, cafes, pubs, and restaurants all within a very short walking distance. Parking was also very easy. The apartment was spacious, well furnished, and warm. The convience of a washer and dryer was great for my long trip in Europe and having tea and espresso supplies provided for each morning was wonderful. I felt right at home and felt very comfortable during my stay.

IrelandIt’s a fabulous apartment right in the centre of Roundstone village. Maurice has thought of everything- including coffee beans in the grinder and a US travel adapter (we didn’t use them but they were a nice touch). There was a small carton of milk in the fridge and ice in the freezer. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting the area.
