Three lifts were barely adequate fir guest count and when one went out of service the waits were unacceptable

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very easy in line checkin and checkout

Restaurant was disappointing ... Fish and chips arrived (slightly) too quickly. Decent portion and nice fish but felt like it had sat on the plate for a while? The chips were just warm and the pea puree was cold and split. Felt "plated in advance"

Staff, room and bed all fantastic. Slept like a log! Check-in was fast and easy and location was good for the plans I had.

Unfortuately, the 'Stir' restauarnt wasnt open. Not sure why and there didnt seem to be any notice to indicate this, despite there being a menu on display. We did find it a long way to the shopping centre. But, we will be back again to explore further, but we are more aware of what the city offers, trams and the City Sight seeing Tour

Excellent room, very clean and daily refresh of the room was great. Swimming pool was brilliant, clean and I found this very relaxing after a day exploring the sites of Dublin.

They say room has Sky but most of the channel the subscription was out, I think with the price the hotel is charging definitely all channels SHOULD be included.

    All good, liked the breakfast.

Breakfast was good but an additional cost.

The room was a single bed and double. The single was on wheels that did not lock THUS moved every time you touched it which was dangerous. Location was in the docklands district which was a little further out.

Wearing swimming cap in pool is ridiculous. Only pool I have ever witnessed as it being a requirement. It put us off which was disappointing as having a pool was one of the attractions to the hotel.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find I had been made Guest of the Day, which meant I had a few nice surprises waiting for me in my room. Had a nice coffee in the bar, as well. Everyone was very friendly. Location was perfect; a short 15-ish minute walk from the city centre and right across the road from the Bord Gais Energy Theatre.
