We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandI still think the price of the hotel is a bit high for 2 adults and an infant, under 2. My wife wanted breakfast in the hotel, so we both ended up having breakfast there. She was disappointed with the variety of food available. Personally I would have preferred to spend the €30 in the milk market etc for breakfast. Having said that, I thought the food was adequate but a bit expensive for what it is as well.
The staff were great, all of them that we interacted with. The swimming pool was great, our daughter loved the kiddies pool; which means we loved it!

IrelandThe hot options are breakfast were a bit lacking. I was not aware of the ‘made to order’ items (porridge, pancakes etc) from the kitchen as had not seen any menus/ signage
Travelled one night for work. Checked in quite late and staff gave me a range of dining options either in-house or that I can order in. Room was very spacious, clean ans very quiet. Had a good nights sleep.

PortugalThe water pressure in the shower was weird sometimes, but it didn't stop us from enjoying the stay!
The stay was great. I let the hotel know that my wife would have her birthday during the stay – and they left her a nice cake and a card. It was very thoughtful and we appreciated that! The breakfast was great! The hotel is a walking distance from the centre, which is good, especially if you'd had a good breakfast before that!

IrelandThere were guests allowed to drink and chat for the whole night till morning in courtyard. I was able to sleep through it mostly but some of my fellow travellers on Lower floors were very disturbed sleep wise. Wasn’t sure why the guests were not advised to drink inside instead. They seemed like very reasonable people.

United KingdomThe fan in the bathroom didn't come on. No toilet brush or other way to clean the bowl. Location wasn't in a great area, very rough. Bathroom door was warped. Phone in room didn't work, resulting in me standing standing in reception in my pyjamas to sort out an issue. The double bed dipped in the middle.
Most of the staff were very friendly and efficient. One member let them down but that was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Food in bar was lovely. Callum and Noel were brilliant. Sarah on reception was great.

GermanyThe bathroom was one open space and no shower curtain or anything to avoid flooding the whole room or getting the towels wet when showering. The doors to the room did not close unless you forced it a bit, resulting in lots of doors banging in the morning and evening. Thin walls - I was able to hear everything that went on in the room next door, so e.g. private phone calls were not so private.
