Excellent host. Property on edge of city but in a very rural area. Beautiful surroundings and really quiet. Host was a super host, leaving us off in the city for a football match, recommending a restaurant and picked us up afterwards at the restaurant!! Restaurant was excellent too!

We enjoyed everything.

Excellent location with total peace and quiet, yet within a 10 minute drive of shops, restaurants and Galway Bay. Ronnie is a charming, hospitable host, always available but never intrusive, communication with him was excellent from the time of booking onwards. His welcoming apple pie and ice-cream were much appreciated! Ample, self-catered continental breakfast was provided along with cake and fruit for a packed lunch. A private fridge in the room was a bonus.

Warm, welcoming, thoughtful, personable - so many superlatives to describe Ronnie's hospitality and none are overstated. Ronnie could give many hotels a run for their money with his care and attentiveness ensuring his guests are looked after and happy. Lots of little touches, a bright clean, quiet home and in a great location close enough to the city but so easy for onward journey to Connemara. True hospitality of the original kind.

I was welcomed by the host, who carried my bags from the car and helped me plan my itinerary for the following day. I loved this accommodation! I felt very at home there, it was clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay in a good,location.

Great host, who greeted us with home made apple pie and ice cream. Ronnie gave good advises on what to visit and where to eat. The room is very cosy, clean and in a quiet place close to town, which makes you feel at home. We will definitely come back if we are around!

It's a lovely, modern apartment in a quiet setting. The host greeted me on arrival and showed me all I needed to know. The love and attention is evident from the decor and the apartment was immaculately clean. It's the little things like fresh milk, fresh apple pie, self-serve snacks, plenty of tea/coffee, and bottled water that sets this host apart from others. Definitely would stay again. Thanks for everything Ronnie!

Our host was a very friendly man. After our arrival, he brought us in a nice bowl of apple pie and ice cream. He also recommended to us a local restaurant to dine in. He kept in touch with us by text before we arrived and even after we left he again texted to thanks us for staying in his property. He made a great effort with milk and orange juice in the fridge and cereal for our breakfast. Lovely bedroom with comfortable heating.

Loved our stay with Ronnie. B&B is in a great location - far enough away from the city for peace and quiet, but a quick and easy drive to some iconic sights and sites. Ronnie gave us a very warm welcome, answered all our questions and made some great recommendations. He was also available and helpful when we couldn't figure out some of the technology in the room. The room was very clean and cosy. Breakfast was easy and self-contained, and the picnic lunch was a great help on our journey. Our only regret is not staying longer, but looking forward to recommending it to mates and hopefully visiting again soon.

Literally nothing - all aorund a perfect stay.

Ronnie has been one of the best hosts we've had on our 3-week travel through Ireland. The booking was rather spontaneous and Ronnie was extremely responsive. He keeps a incredibly tidy home inside and out and his house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The level of detail he puts into being a host made us feel welcome and home from the first second. The room has a big flat screen with Sky+, a very comfy bed, a nice bathroom and also a fridge and coffee station, so basically everything one might need. After arriving Ronnie and I exchanged numbers and for any questions I could simply text him. He helped in minutes always and also recommended a brilliant tour thorugh the County, which helped us to get the most out ouf our time there. Whenever we'll be back in the area, we make sure to book a room with Ronnie! :)

Great location, esp as a base for exploring the Connemara area. nice room in a lovely quiet area on the outskirts of Galway. Ronnie the host was most welcoming and gave us great trips for our itinerary.
