Wonderful base to see the rest of Dublin with parking for your car and good accomodation and food

It is exceptionally difficult to find the private parking lot (car park) in the back. A written explainer should be given on card stock showing how to get there with directions and a map, maybe with a qr on it to pinpoint the location via GPS. We spent 30 minutes navigating our way through the maze of streets. There is even another car park down the same narrow road. This whole area of Dublin is an historic treasure, however, to get that kind of quality, older urbanism, there is a cost when you have a car.

The view from the room of the river and the townhouses facing the property was exceptional. It had really good bath fixtures. The shower was wonderful. There was a lot of furniture to spread out our bags. The lift worked and was a real lifesaver. Breakfast and especially ultrapure water was great. Proximity to a lot of good restaurants and sufficient distance from the touristy downtown (20 minute walk) were a plus. Nearby TESCO was a plus. The private parking was great too.

    Nothing - it was perfect

Beautiful hotel, we had two rooms and both rooms were perfect. Clean, tidy, lovely little welcome pack of goodies. The bathroom and room decor in particular were stunning! The reception area is a nice place to sit and has a great wee seating area off to the side with board games etc as well as tea/coffe/mini bar. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, really lovely. Will absolutely stay again

Bed was a little uncomfortable. Linens were not as soft as they could be. We had a ground floor room, so there was a fair amount of traffic noise from Pembroke Rd. If you are used to the city, then it’s not really an issue. The rooms can be a bit on the small side especially if you are used to most American hotels.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff/service was excellent. Location very good. It was a big plus to have parking available )though first come, first served. The bath was excellent.

The mattress was a tad dated but wasn't horrible to sleep on. Just wish it would have been a memory foam or similar mattress to limit the transfer of movement.

The hotel staff were exceptional. Any accommodations we needed to make our lives easier they bent over backwards to help. Also, the included breakfast was delicious and a great value.

Rooms on small side. Had our granddaughter with us and with her cot, moving around in room was like yoga workout. Paint peeling - Reno needed. Room on 1st floor was hot. Staff provided fan.

Great location, excellent helpful staff, attractive common spaces. Expensive in absolute terms but reasonable value by Dublin standards. Good less touristy pubs and restaurants nearby. Parking (limited spaces). Downtown walkable. Hop on hop off bus stop 10 mins. Target upper floors versus first floor for fresh air.

The Pembroke is located not far from Dublin's downtown. There is a great pub restaurant, Sesrson's, just down the street. Lovely and helpful staff. They had good reccomendations. Chocolate croissants out every day. Rooms have comfy beds and are well appointed. The main floor has two lovely sitting rooms, both tastefully decorated. Breakfast has several choices and is quite reasonable.
