Everything at Ocean Heights was exceptional and first rate. Our room was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Karen, our host, was friendly and knowledgeable and went out of her way to ensure our comfort. Future visits to Ireland will always include stays Ocean Heights.

Ocean Heights B&B was my favorite B&B on our entire trip to Ireland. There were two reasons for this: its location and its hostess. My wife, her two sisters and husbands spent two nights there. Its location just hundreds of feet from the coast, its amazing views of the coast and mountains to the east, the ability to take walks along the cliffs and country lanes make this a great place to enjoy the rugged beauty of the northwest coast of Ireland. Our hostess, Karen, had delicious breakfasts for us each morning. The hydrangeas were still blooming in her gardens as well. In the small town of Lissadell, near by, we found great places to enjoy supper in relaxed surroundings. What a great find, and reasonably priced!

We loved our time here! We had a beautiful view of the ocean and Slieve League in the distance. Went for a really nice walk to check out the cliffs nearby. And went for dinner in town, about 10 minutes drive. The breakfast selection was great too!

If we had known how much we would enjoy Ocean Heights, we would have scheduled more time there.

There is nothing NOT to like about Ocean Heights - everything from the hosts to the location to the home is nothing short of spectacular. We could not have been made more comfortable or welcomed. The room and accommodations are first-rate, as is the breakfast. Just a wonderful, albeit brief stay. We will certainly return.

Everything was superb except for the bed which had a heavy quilt more adaptable for the winter. The television was impossible to figure out, so we ended up watching YouTube channels. If I do return in the future, I will make sure to ask about the bedding and television in advance.

Upon arrival you receive a breakfast menu to be completed with your preferences for the following morning. The menu is excellent, with a wide selection to suit everyone. You can choose between an array of traditional breakfasts to continental with fruit and yogurt. The location is spectacular. There is a fabulous rock beach a stone's throw from the B&B which we throughly enjoyed at sunset. There are good restaurants 10 minutes away by car. Sligo is easily reached too, and there is a lot to explore in the immediate vicinity.

Absolutely exceptional: starting from Karen, the host, who welcomed us with a smile and plenty of suggestions. Very useful the booklet where you’ll find a lot of information on local sights, restaurants and other amenities. Room very clean, lovely decorated and comfy bed. Superb breakfast, whatever you choose you will not make any mistake. Located a few steps from the Ocean, you can have a short walk and enjoy an amazing unforgettable landscape

For breakfast you will be able to choose from a wide variety of options. I would recommend the pancakes, they were really awesome. Our room was very large with multiple beds even though we were only 2 people. Bathroom in the room was very clean. The location is right next to the beach, you will just have to walk around 1 minute. Nice for having a walk at the beach and if you want to enjoy tranquility.

Very accommodating It is remote. Fortunately there are way-finding signs along the way. The remoteness is a benefit in access to a great bluff trail that overlooks the ocean. Beautiful! Beautiful breakfast.

Our host underestimated a couple travel times to places, but other than that, all was great.

From start to finish, the stay was very nice with much attention to small details. This was one of the best bed and breakfast places I have been to.

This place is amazing! Such a beautiful B&B! The location is fabulous, fantastic views and 2 minute walk from the beach. Our room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and we were made to feel welcome by the our host Karen. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with fab coffee. One picky comment, no where to hang towels! For some it might be a bit remote as 10 min drive to go out to find food, didnt bother us.

Welcoming host. Room was well appointed with all that was needed. Nice decor and lovely garden tolook out on to. Great sea views from property.peaceful location not in town.
