The B&B is in a beautiful area. The rooms are large, clean, nicely decorated, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Karen is a pleasure to be around. Highly recommend.

The best stop during our trip. Many thanks to Karen for really warm welcome the great breakfast and the rest we got in the room. The room is great furnitured with everything you need and really big and you can see that Karen wants to give the guest the feeling to come home. The B&B is outside in nature and at the ocean with nice views. Next time we will stay longer.

Only downside, and this is being nitpicky - there were several bathroom amenities but no body wash. Not a big deal, simply surprised, with so many other amenities,

Ocean Heights was simply a delightful place to spend a couple of days during our 25th wedding anniversary trip. The room was pleasant and impeccably decorated. It had great amenities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great. Breakfast was by order and had many offering, cooked to order. Sunsets, a short walk from the house, were simply breathtaking! There were three sky lights in the room, which offered stunning views of the stars at night. I can not say enough good things about this B & B; would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location is rather remote, well off the beaten path, but that was not really a problem because the area is so beautiful.

A beautiful small bed and breakfast, very clean and comfortable. Lovely hosts, very friendly and welcoming and a delicious breakfast! Plenty of parking. It is a drive to the nearest town of Grange for an evening meal but can recommend Langs Bar & restaurant

We liked absolutely everything! After spending 6 weeks traveling the UK, & staying in many B & B's, we simply couldn't fault it Ocean Heights. Every need was thought of and necessitated to well in advance of our arrival, from the to the very personalized greeting on arrival to the unexpected cotton tips in the bathroom- The receiving of the local tips on what we'd be interest in doing while on our very short stay at Ocean Heights was a bonus too. Karen is n excellent listener & a true hospitality professional - as well as running this fabulous business & a large family with her husband she actually takes the small amount of time to have a quick chat & find out something about her guests.

You need a car to get around and there is no pub within walking distance.

Excellent cooked brekfast exactly as I ordered. Spacious room, comfortable bed, all good. A bit off the beaten track, but v quiet & peaceful, no passing traffic to disturb sleep. Nice view over the sea.

It’s right up against the coast, with a short walk to the cliffs and the beach. I adored stepping out the front door and into some of the most gorgeous countryside in the world.
