A lot of the wait staff were slow and not very efficient. However, there was a girl with dreads that was fantastic.

As we arrived on a Saturday evening the hotel was very busy and therefore service in the bar/restaurant wasn’t as swift as it could’ve been particularly when we were trying to pay our bill. In the end we had to resort to standing at the bar for some time before we were dealt with. Also, when going to leave the next morning, the only lift was out of order, fortunately we didn’t have too many stairs to go down with our luggage to reach reception and check out.

While the room was spacious and well-equipped, we found it difficult to sleep in a room which had no temperature control or air conditioning. The bath was high-sided and would benefit from having a grab rail or a bathmat as this might be hazardous for some guests.

We arrived early and so availed of the carvery lunch before checking in. The food was of good quality and the service in the bare area was very friendly and efficient.

The door of the room close so sharp with big noises. And the window faces parking space, lots noises in the morning. The price of my booking is more expensive than booking on the day of arrival.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi is nice, the room is in good size.

The bath had a few dirt marks on top of it , the toilet in the leisure center had toilet paper all over the ground , check in took a while as the girl on reception was on her own and their was some demanding guests ahead of me.she could have done with someone to help her at check in time , the tv was a bit small. Overall great stay

The location was great , I got upgraded to a bigger room as the lock wasn't working properly on the first room , the bed was really comfy , the pillows were comfy, the room was huge , I like the door that you could close to go in the bedroom to the " hall' , the room was really quiet even though the hotel was definitely busy that night . The pool and leisure facilities are good .nice pool , sauna , steam room ,Jacuzzi . I liked unique water bottles (non plastic ) , the scent of the shower gels, that they didn't give you tiny soap but a proper big bottle

The shower was the only one downfall no power and was stone cold one minute and the next would burn you. Pity as everything else was really good

We had a problem with the hot water in our room during our stay which took several requests to fix.

Room size was quite large and the bed was huge and comfortable. Good choice of food at the breakfast buffet. The hotel was within easy walking distance from the town centre with all shops, restaurants and pubs.

The room wasn't what we expected. We were expecting at least somewhat similar to the picture we saw for the double room here. However, we we're disappointed, the room was tiny and dusty, the remote control was full of dirt and had the back cover of it missing, there was a burnt iron stain on the rug as soon as you walk in, by the looks of it no one really stayed in that room or it was the very last room that was hardly given to people as it was quite dusty and dirty

They didnt realise the first day that I had booked for two night on two seperate bookings which I had made clear on arrival. service was very slow in the bar for food
