More gluten free and vegan options; I had the same breakfast 3 days in a row so a little more variety please.

The breakfast was decent and provided gluten free and vegan options. The location was ideal as it was a short walk from the centre but long enough that once you were in bed, you were far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

WiFi not secure no sign in ? Not acceptable in this world . As far as the breakfast is concerned, it would be helpful if vegetarian food was labelled and vegan, food labelled and there were no alternatives to sausages, i.e. vegetarian, sausages, or vegan, sausages, et etc this is my constructive response As these things could easily be avoided All descriptions within the menu, possibly printed rather than app based

Very helpful staff nice room street views . The lane gallery around the corner is really fantastic With a leap card for visitors, you can use buses and get fairly near the hotel

Uncomfortable pillows. Had a couple of stained bathroom towels. No sky/cable TV. Just Irish channels which made National and international news hard to acquire. Distance to main sites. Hotel at far end of North side of river. Not as close to attractions as thought. The initial impressions of the area were a bit off putting. Run down top end of street and massage parlour across the road didnt instil a lot of confidence. However, road was busy with bus stops used by many and generally felt safe. It’s a shame the massage parlours lower the tone.

Room was quiet even though was at front of hotel overlooking the main road. Was noisy when opened window. Friendly staff at meal times. Liked there was a restaurant which we used twice in the evening. A good selection at breakfast time though this was often very busy and had to wait to be seated. Quite often items needed to be replenished. As a vegetarian, found there was choice. Would have liked more pastries as ones I liked often empty baskets.

The pillows were far too firm for being that fluffy. It would be nice if the extra pillows had softer options. It would also be nice to have an option to turn on the bathroom fan when needed — the fan is on an automatic system for the morning and the evening.

Great location, not too busy and loud, but still close to lots of shopping and fun. We didn’t visit Croke Park, but it’s close by as well. Lovely lounging area and bar. Didn’t end up eating at the restaurant, and just missed getting the late night pizza. ;) It was a great spot for us visiting Dublin!

Overpriced, maybe because our night coincided with marathon (which did not pass through their neighborhood)? No matter why, price gouging leaves an impression. No luggage rack in room. Found hair dryer in desk drawer and there was no outlet in bathroom for it (photos show them mounted for use in bathroom).

Walkable to riverfront and city attractions. Very comfortable bed. Reception staff were nice and helpful. A few minutes walk to Parnell Pub that was recommended by our taxi driver, go there if you can, we loved the Irish stew! Lobby bar and restaurant on premises, we didn’t use them so can’t comment, but it’s nice to know they’re on site if needed.

Location - I felt extremely unsafe in the morning with my children due to its location. I’m assuming its neighbours were half way houses. Also the staff member on check in said the parking fee was covered when we handed the tickets and asked if we had to move the car at any particular time the next day and was assured we didn’t, we moved the car by 2pm and was charged €14

    Rooms were nice and spacious

The location was within a nice walking distance to the sights, pubs, River Liffey. The breakfast buffet was really good, and included many options. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy, and pillows were plentiful. I would definitely stay here again, it was an excellent hotel, at a very reasonable price!
