The window frame had gaps, which made it "windy" inside the room, and sitting in the armchair near that window was not quite comfortable.

Clean room, nice communication, small decoration details, easy check-in. A kettle, cups, plates and cutlery were available. To spend free time there was a selection of chess, checkers and board games.

. Definitely not a complaint but just a notice to the owners that the right window was not closing properly. It might need some attention to stop the draft and noise. Otherwise, a great room and a great price! Can't wait to visit again.

The bathroom is a Jack & Jill style bathroom, so it's shared between two rooms. However it was clean and tidy, but just to note for future visitors, you don't have exclusive use of the toilet. There's a main road fairly close by and it was a little louder than I would have liked.

The bed was comfy and there was a nice big TV. There was a kettle & cups for making tea or coffee which was great. The location is very safe too, it's tucked away in a housing estate. Myself and my brother cycled there, we were able to lock our bikes outside without any security issues. There's also a nice hillside view.

Bathroom is attached to other room directly - if the other guests forget to unlock the door to your room from the inside, you won't be able to access the bathroom at all. Didn't happen, but it was a small concern. Password for Wifi unnecessarily complicated.

Comfortable beds, early checkin allowed and easy to access keys to property, nice to have utensils, plate, and a kettle provided. Quiet area about 40 mins walk from centre.

When I booked, I never stayed at a B&B so I didn’t know what to look for. After being to several B&B now, I find this one is missing a lot of the inclusions that others supply. Other B&B offer a shared microwave, toaster, bar fridge, fresh milk, dining area and tableware, continental breakfast. But this one had none of those.

Good location. We were just after a place to stay for one night near Galway so the twin beds, kettle, bathroom and quick check-in met my expectations.

There is a common bathroom which is shared with guests in another room. The other guests stayed in the bathroom for a very extended period of time and did not let us use it. This is very unpleasant. It is accidental what kind of other guests are there, if they are considerate or not. So the arrangement itself is very uncomfortable. It is in a far part of the city and no instructions on how to get there if somebody is without a car.

Quiet part of the city. The room is Ok. When somebody finds out by herself how to get to this property by public transportation then it is easy to get there or reach the center, but there is no such information available from the host.

Nothing really. I mean, it's not the Ritz-Carlton, but it was just what I needed, and friendly to my dog. So, no complaints.

Very comfortable, very nice people, very welcoming. Had some puppy treats and some human treats ready for me, made me feel very welcomed! Easy to find. Great parking. Netflix, comfy bed, nice cup of tea, nice shower and spacious bathroom. Everything I needed, nothing I didnt.

There was no hot water or sink plug for my wife and I to bathe. Could feel every spring in the creaky mattress. For €300 weeks we were utterly ripped off. Left early and were promised compensation from the owners which we have not received. Dreadful stay. Utterly awful service on all fronts. Avoid this place like the plague.

The bathroom is connected to both bedrooms which feels very strange. I thought the shared bathroom was separate and accessible to 2 rooms but here you are hearing and can be heard by the other room, and you need to lock the other bedroom door to make sure they do not sure while you are in the bathroom. If the other bedroom guests are lousy then it is not nice, especially during the night.

The room was cosy and comfortable. The host was responsive to messages and helped me with a query I had in Galway.
