You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe apartment is just a little bit too small, movement around the bed is tight and the kitchen is crowded.
We choose the location for access to Dublin airport but there is lots to do around the area - especially in Tullamore. The host left an extensive food package that was totally unexpected and really useful.

Everything needed at hand, the bed was very comfortable and I had a lovely peaceful sleep, the veiw was amazing. Lovely host, very kindly picked me up from the local trainstion and took me where I needed to be, I'm so very grateful for all your help in helping me to finally visit my son. You went out of your way to help me and I am very grateful, thanku so much I can't thank u enough.

IrelandHost was away on vacation abroad, as we were told via message before arriving. When we arrived, the property was left unattended, uncleaned and dirty with food waste and empty wine bottles and beer cans on patio and garden. The door to the cottage was also left open and place was untidy. A drunk man was at the property, not sure if he was the owner of the place or a burglar. The entire situation was horrifying and shocking. We ran to the car and left. We tried to reach the owner multiple times but no answer and straight to voicemail….only after almost 2 hours after being stuck in the car. It was a bank holiday weekend, so we could not find anything else. Stay away from this accommodation!

IrelandA Phone call should have been made to let us know still haven't recieved my money back and the owner would not take my call left a message and still no reply shocking!! No help to help us get another place to stay had to pay a fortune to get back home the night of a family wedding
