It's very intimidating when you arrive at the front of a Hotel and there are a lot of Ukrainians standing out the front of the hotel, just hanging about the place. Also, there are a lot of toys and Bikes sitting in certain parts of the corridors for these children. I am not in any way racist, but if I had known that there were people living here full-time, I would have gone elsewhere. I paid €189 for 1 night which is expensive for a hotel that you are sharing with others that are getting their accommodation for free. The hotel is also quite untidy outside and needs to be cleaned up a bit.

My heart goes out to the refugees staying here, but if I had to put down a negative it would be that they all brought their dogs. There is clear poop stains in the hallway, and barking through the night. Just fairly unusual experience from a paying guests perspective. But again this is the new world we live in and I certainly didn't want to complain to add to their already terrible life experiences. IF you're staying here, bite your tongue and just be thankful it's not you that lost your home. If you can sleep through dogs barking and strange noises through the night then you'll be grand. It's actually a real eye opener, Much love to them all. x

Good but strange experience. I was asked for money twice by residents who were claiming asylum there from Nigeria. Failry big looking guys so this was off-putting, and the place wasn't very clean (except for my bedroom which was clean). but all in all I slept well enough, ate well (breakfast included) and bar the intimidated request for money, The experience wasn't the worst. The staff were very kind too. No probs there. When I arrived I saw a packed restaurant with mountains of food. Note this was for the refugees and not paying guests. It would have been nice to open it up to all.

The turn off the main road for this hotel if you don’t know the area is quite sharp and comes up quickly even with a sat nav. The traffic coming up behind can also be fast depending on time of day.

This Ibis is comfortable, breakfast good plus nearby tram. for the price is good.

Fresh fruit salad was very nice the first morning, but no fresh fruit salad on second morning, when we asked staff said "no none today". Bread choice at breakfast was basic and not as good as our last visit.

Convenient location, value for money. very good coffee machine with plenty of choice since our last visit.

The Ibis Hotel is located for quick access on the highway with a car to the airport. It is also an excellent location to catch the tram directly to downtown. The tram is a quick 5 minute walk away. Great easy location to access downtown without paying downtown hotel fees.

We didn't know the hotel was being used for Ukranian refugees. It looked a bit tired. There were a lot milling about. We could not get an evening meal until after 8.00pm, and only three items on the menu.

Not a lot. The rooms were ok. Shower and bathroom good.

Hotel is being used for Ukrainian refugees which is highly commendable but I feel the hotel should then be 100% dedicated to this. As a result the lobby and eating area were always full. Kids all over the place. Just not the right thing to mix the 2 in my opinion. Also the carpets are in dire need of a really good clean.

Room was large and had been cleaned properly. Staff were very friendly. Easy walk to the Red Cow Luas line. Parking on site which was included

Carpets were a bit grubby, showers in rooms didn't drain, TVs in either room didn't work. Fold up bed in the triple room dropped a LOT in the middle of the bed. Expensive price for what we got but the prices in the area are crazy so it was on par with competition.

Beds were comfy. Hotel is around a 10 min walk to the red cow luas stop.
