We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location on the river and the elegant bar/ restaurant/ reception areas are a real plus. The decoration and racing related memorabilia in the hotel and grounds make for a unique experience. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and offered tea and cake. A member of staff politely guided us to our room and helped us to settle in. Excellent breakfast service. Large rooms with river views. Proximity to areas of scenic beauty. We availed of the offer of free tickets to the Clonmel Racecourse and spent a pleasant at this very scenic racetrack.

IrelandWe could not really enjoy the leisure centre and a relaxing experience as too many kids with no supervision (from the parents and from the staff) they were jumping in the pool, going to the sauna, steam room, jacuzzy. Not pleasant and the spa was a rason for the choice of this hotel. On top of that the lifts were not working so long walk and had to carry our luggages to the 2nd floor.
Nice location in Clonmel, quiet hotel for a week-end, good size but not too big . Our room had a balcony with view on the river. Friendly staff with good facilities and nice leisure centre. Good food in the restaurant.
