A good location with a walking distance to other parts of the city.

The reception staff was not very efficient, there were always queues no matter the time. Despite the fact there were enough staff behind the desks, only 2 were actually talking to guests. There was an alarm in our room at 5:30am in the morning. When calling the reception, the guy was not very helpful and said that we should open the window and room door as the room is probably overheated (???). We had the window opened the whole night so there was no chance that the room was overheated. You don't really want to keep the room door opened at 5:30am. No one came to check the room.

The location is great, the docks area is in the walking distance to all other sights. Nice restaurants and bars nearby.

The decor was bland-blah-plastic corporate masculine. The whole place had the feeling of a chain rather than a cosy bolthole in a fascinating and idiosyncratic city. The food was absolutely horrible! It felt tired and dead and cheap and there were no organic options and very few gluten-free or vegan ones.

Staff were very helpful. The location was great. it was easy to get a taxi and easy to walk to other places we wanted to go.

It’ll be better if there were different menus everyday or every few days.

There’s a good variety of food. I like the waffle in particular.

My Bank card was charged twice for or stay. I only noticed this 2 days afterwards online. When I called they said "its because I used my bank card for pre authorisation. So I had to explain that that payment should never be taken for pre authorisation. In the end, I was told to "keep an eye on my bank account and if my money is not returned within 5 to 10 days, then call back " . very disappointed that 1. I spotted that they charged me twice, and 2. I have to chase the hotel in the weeks ahead to get money returned.

The hotel is easy to reach from the M50 then via the tunnel and down the quays. so hardly any traffic. You can then walk or taxi to central Dublin easily as taxis are always outside the door.

I got given a room with a disabled toilet ..!!! Didn't like that much , my colleague had a bath .. I would have liked that instead of a wet room with a stool .... Not helped by the fact the bathroom smelt slightly of blocked drains

Better dinner menu, more reasonable prices for breakfast. Location is not exactly city center ( so the tag is misleading), but quite convenient!

Breakfast was good, but expensive. Dinner menu was rather limited and uninspiring

The bathroom was a little unclean, especially on the tiles, they were sort of stained. Whilst in the shower, the bath filled up with water so not sure if the drain/plug was a little blocked. Personally don't like a shower curtain or a bath mat for standing in the bath - just always feel like they gather a lot of germs/bacteria.

The room was very quiet even though we were next to the lift. Pretty standard but very comfortable. Bed and pillows wete fabulous. Shower pressure was great! The buffet breakfast is outstanding! So many food choices - the waffle irons are great! The dining area itself is lovely, so bright and cheerful. Location was absolutely perfect for where we needed to be. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Quick check in and out.

The bar service was slow...and we asked for a cocktail we were told not available...I am guessing because only 1 person on the bar he thought it too much work..there should have been more servers at the bar.. I booked a room supposedly for 3 people but it really was for 2...the deluxe twin is a room for 2..the bed are single and a half and not a double bed that it looks like in the picture..

The hotel has access directly to the luas line which makes it ideal for customers going to 3 arena..even if you don't take the last it is a 15 minute walk..excellent location...food also was very good..

Many rough sleepers around the area at night. I was not expecting the building site at the front of the hotel from the website pictures.

All staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We kept our room past check out time and our suitcases were stored for us until very late as our flight home was not until 7pm.

The room was small and advertized as a Deluxe King Room. I paid $ 454.00 for one night , booking over a month ago in advance. I expected a nicer room and larger than we received. I went on line 1 week prior to our arrival to check the room out. I noticed on the website this type of room was now listed for $ 289.00 total. I paid $ 165.00 more for this substandard room. How was I able to rebook this room 1 week ahead of our arrival for this lesser amount. The hotel needs upgrading with carpets etc.

The view of the river was good.
