We arrived at 3 45 and were told our room wasnt ready. chap on reception refused to give us the keys to room until EXACTLY 4pm. A bit of common sense needed.

Abit of a weird key system can be annoying asking for it back all the time if you go out a lot and the shower isn’t designed for taller people

Nice enough room and clean , good location would stay again

A small personal issue was that the room was on the first floor next to the street. While not an issue most of the time, my stay was on a weekend, and such the street was loud until quite late. The breakfast, which was available just next door to the hotel, was just okay. While not bad in any particular way, it didn't feel worth the money while so many restaurants and cafes are in the nearby area with better food available.

The location was absolutely wonderful, with a short walk to the centre and many activities in the nearby area. The staff were lovely, and the front desk was exceptionally helpful and polite. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a solo traveller or couple. Overall, the stay was amazing, and it was definitely good value for money. I would definitely visit again when I'm back in Dublin!

It was a great place to stay. Only bad thing was we had booked a taxi a day in advance to take us to a concert to the Aviva for 6pm . We waited outside the hotel that evening at 10 to 6, and we were told by a member of staff that our taxi cancelled! Not the hotel staff’s fault…..but maybe the owners of hotel should look into another taxi company who will provide adequate service.

We had a great stay. Staff were lovely and bed was comfy.

    Nothing to complain about really.

The beds were comfortable, the room was nice and spacious and clean. The breakfast provided by the neighbouring hotel, The Iveagh, which we booked with our room booking was very good, although pricey at 20Euro. The large lounge area was convenient for spending time whilst we waited to check into our room and after checking out, whilst making our travel arrangements. The hotel is right on the Luas tram line meters from the Harcourt stop which takes a lot of the walking out of moving about the city.

There was no internet in our room. I don't know how it was in the other rooms, but we couldn't catch the WiFi although we were close to the reception so we had to go to lobby every time we wanted to connect. I'm sorry, but an access to WiFi in 2024 is a must. Also, the shower wasn't portable, it was fixed, so it wasn't very convenient showering as you had to stand in the certain corner in order to get some water on you.

Centrally located A cute, old-fashioned vibe A great lobby area We had a situation with the heating and the handy man came a few minutes after we informed the reception and managed to fix the problem.

The room was a little stuffy and the window was hard to open.

We stayed at the Harrington twice on our trip - three nights at the beginning and then one night at the end. Clean and comfortable triple room with three single beds. The bathroom was modern and fresh and had all mod cons. The style of the building has old world charm with modern features. The location is close to restaurants and shops and parks but the room was quiet.
