Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomVery basic cooking facilities. The handle fell off the medium sized saucepan when I was draining pasta. I lost the lot and was lucky not to scald myself. The toilet didn't flush all week (we used a saucepan), the extractor fan didn't work. It would have been good to have oven gloves and a tea towel. The laminate flooring of the apartment was shockingly laid.... The bathroom light started flickering on our last day

United KingdomThe door to apartment 49 was hard to open and lock, it needs to be looked at. The hob in 49 was hard to heat up and they didn't all work. The bathroom wasn't cleaned to a good enough standard, there are very obvious dirt stains on the skirting board around the toilet area and I wouldn't like to think what it was!
We were very impressed with the location, the size of the property was brilliant, we asked for 2 ground floor apartments beside each other and that is what we got, it was lovely and quiet at night.

GermanyIt was somewhat detereorated. The kitchen and basic cleaning equipment was lacking (knives were blunt, no chopping board, no broom). When we had problems with the appartment it was difficult to find help. We didn't find anyone in the reception (we looked several times in the day and following days). The call center bounced us from one extension to the other, until we finally got a call back.
It was close to the bus stop. And it was ok for the price.

IrelandThere was mould around the window. Gaps in the doors, flooring was incomplete, not enough utensils or chairs for us to eat dinner. Lack of basics like a spare bin liner and tea towel and lack of prompt communication during our stay.

IrelandIt could have been a little bit cleaner . There was food left over in the cupboards from previous guests which isn’t very hygienic. The kitchen didn’t have all the basic essentials. There was no spoons or tea spoons . No chopping knives . No tea towels or dish soap . There was only three chairs and place settings at the kitchen table , but four people staying in the apartment.
We were attending a convention at TUS which was across the road from the apartment so it was the perfect location . The bed was comfortable

United StatesThe shower flooded the entire bathroom. There was no barrier to keep the water close to the drain, so instead it ran all over the floor. We had to wade through standing water to use the toilet and/or the sink. Instructions for the washer/dryer would have been helpful.
The location of this property was convenient & the property was clean. Kind of a cross between a dorm room and an apartment. Fit our needs for 6 adults.

IrelandThere was no handle inside bathroom door so got locked in. This was fixed the next day. I thought I could drop in bags from 12, but had problems accessing the property when I arrived at 12.50. No parking space allocated for the apartment I got, so had to use someone else's. The TV was difficult to use, even though I downloaded the app provided. So no TV for the duration of my stay.
Apartment was spacious. Nice to have 2 bathrooms.

United KingdomPlace was dirty, unloved and smelled of disinfectant and decay. Black mould on bedroom wall. Not a shock, having read other reviews tho. Very basic kitchen equipment - only two pans and a frying pan that has its very own personality, i.e filthy dirty, and no can opener.
Close to the town centre but without being too close! Very quiet in the evening. Safe parking. Close to shops.
