Everything was perfect, the house was prepared for the guests very professionally, very clean, the kitchen contained everything you could want during your stay (and during normal life too :-)). Very nice space in the garden for relaxation and fun. The bedrooms were nice and the space in them was sufficient. The location was also very good. Near bars, restaurants and shops. It was a very nice time for us. Thank you.

Remote for TV wasn’t working although the host came the next day to fix. Never could get to Netflix, etc that the handbook said was available.

Amenities were excellent in the kitchen and bathroom. Very cosy and comfortable. Had a handbook describing how to use items in the cottage and information on the area. Great location in a cute town between Galway and the Ciffs of Moher/the Burren.

Dunguaire Thatched cottage was a good base for us to visit Galway City, The Burren, the Cliffs of Moher and to venture along the north shore of Galway Bay and into parts of Connemara - constrained only by our 3 night stay. The cottage suited our group of six over-70s very well. It was comfortable and well equipped. Pat met us on arrival and gave us some useful tips on where to eat etc. My only regret is that I didn’t make the effort to walk over to the castle to see the sun setting over the bay.

Such a cute cottage- more than enough room for the four of us. Pat was extremely kind and helpful. The kitchen had everything needed. Beautiful property with amazing views of the castle and water. We walked to the town and had a great dinner at The Pier Head. We stopped for groceries at the market too and listed to live trad music at O’Connors. Highly recommend!

Showers are a wee bit snug, but plenty of hot water under great pressure to refresh.

Charming, comfortable cottage in wonderful Kinvara. Views of castle, harbor and beautiful flowers from the window. Walk to Pier Head restaurant for fresh seafood and Connolly's for traditional music and cheer.

The tour busses that stop to visit the castle park nearby the cottages but not really a big deal.

Pat made us feel welcomed before we even arrived and was there to greet us when we actually did! Great place for a family or group of 5-6 to stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to visit again. The cottage was well equipped with ample room for a family of 6. I appreciated the garden seating and BBQ option as well.

The small shower in the upstairs bath-definitely was NOT an issue, though. We are just spoiled Americans with large baths in the States!

It is a cozy thatched cottage!!! It was centrally located in the vicinity of all of our travels. It is in a small village and convenient to be able to walk to coffee shops or to restaurants and grocery store nearby. There is even a castle right across the street with views from the window’s!! The owner is so thoughtful - the cottage has a wood stove for fires and came and filled it, then cleaned and vacuumed it for us so that we could use it again. There was also plenty of available wood which was replenished daily. We also frequented a local restaurant in the village Pier Head Bar and Restaurant. The owner, Michael, treated us like family, also, and always made sure we were well taken care of. The food was outstanding and the service impeccable!

It was cozy and comfortable. It felt like Ireland. Was so nice in the middle of our trip to be able to do some laundry and get a little down time. Everything was clean and comfortable. Grocery was within walking as well as the local pubs! The people of Kinvara are wonderful!

The blue cottage was just as described , very clean and well equipped . Spacious for the five of us with my elderly father having a downstairs bedroom and shower room/toilet . Two good size double bedrooms upstairs .

Unfortunately, the great location and high comfort level have their price, but we would still come back anytime.

We (4 adults, 2 kids) stayed at the blue cottage for the second time already and immediately felt at home again. Except for a few minor kitchen items and some blankets, the house has everything one needs to feel comfortable. Fire wood, (dish)washing detergent and other helpful ammenities are provided.
