We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I liked the whole place itself it’s a really nice hotel very relaxing and welcoming.

IrelandEven though the hotel was perfect in a lot of ways it was left down by the food in the Sadlier bar and the terrace lounge. I was also disappointed at breakfast when I discovered that the tables were extremely close to each other and on the second morning I was so close to the couple beside me that I couldn't avoid their unpleasant conversation that I had to finish my breakfast and remove myself from the table.It was disappointing because the breakfast itself was faultless with a wonderful selection of fresh produce on display.
The hotel is beautiful. The treatment rooms were relaxing. The therapy suite was exceptional. My therapist Louisa was amazing and her professionalism was outstanding.

Check in was an hour later than stipulated on your web site so we had to wait around for an hour or so, but we did have a pleasant tea while we waited. Why do virtually all hotels have only one comfortable chair and one suitcase rack for a double room?
Relaxed and comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. We only used the terrace bar for dinner but it provided sufficient choice of food for our use in an informal and pleasant environment. Check out was at noon, two hours later than on Booking. com stipulated, as a result we had an unrushed morning.

Isle of ManSpa. Beds very comfortable and the room was very clean and lots of room. View of the grounds. Calming. The food Is served in a lobby which I would prefer the bar downstairs but it was closed. July. The food was basic I had a curry. But very basic. Tasteless really. The breakfast room is nice but the food again wasn't great. Coffee was sour. I wouldn't be one to complain but the food needs a change and the bar downstairs should be open in July summer months. The lobby a lobby and it didn't feel right. All in all very clean hotel. Cleaners should be awarded. But the food not great. For the money you pay. The spa is lovely but a fee should not be charged. Especially when you are not getting any treatments.
The spa was very relaxing. Although there is a new fee to enter of 25 euro each when staying In the hotel and 45 euro If your from outside. I didn't pay a fee before for the spa when I stayed at the hotel. This is a new fee as they renovated the spa. But it's not exceptional it's basic. Not worth an extra few on top of hotel stay.

Great hotel setting. Unfortunately, as a guest, you no longer have access to the pool spa area. This spoils the experience being charged €20 - €25 for access its very poor!
