Room was a bit on the small size but ok for our one night stay over.

Nice comfortable bed, shower was good, hotel was warm, toiletries provided.

We are planning to stay again in DUBLIN ONE but next time we would prefer a bed that wasnt up against the wall.

We thought the breakfast was excellent v differant. Staff were very attentive. We had a meal the night of our arrival it was v good. Staff member ANA served us she was excellent .

Could do with a more simple option on the breakfast, sometimes less is more. But overall not an issue.

Location was great, overall look and feel of the property was better than expected. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

I wasn't made aware when I checked in that I had to opt- in for housekeeping so missed out in this. Rooms were compact but that was expected.

Room was clean and bathroom was good size. Location was a 20min walk into the main shopping area of Dublin.

Really nice modern hotel.

The restaurant was bring and welcoming and the food was excellent. Breakfast was complementary as a mix up in the room booking where the single room with 3 single beds was overbooked but the receptionist provided a second room free of charge nice touch.

The staff is very slow, is unacceptable to have at the reception a queue of 6-7 people.. Small room, no window to open so basically wasn't fresh air.. Not at least a small bedside table to leave your glasses there.. On the floor and under the bed a lot of dust..

Auto check in tablets did not recognise us. Only one person checking people in, so it took a bit longer.

Clean, comfortable with a decent pub attached to it serving good food and Guinness cheaper than Temple Bar. All staff very welcoming.

Staff member entered the room 10 minutes after we checked in and entered the room without knocking. And when she opened the door and seen myself and my husband in the room, she kept standing at the door, talking on phone for 2-3 minutes. Then eventually apologised and closed the door.

Breakfast was nice, served in a timely manner. Coffee was also nice and staff friendly.

Staff could have been better at the restuarant. Didnt know basics on wine they had in the restaurant. Food was really good all the same.

I think that one drawback was the fact that my room did not really have a chair, which is not great if you are travelling for work and need to catch up on emails or make a call.

Great location, spacious rooms, well-insulated, and clean. The restaurant is a nice place to hold meetings if you need to. It is a very nice place altogether.

The only downside is that the room itself is quite small, with limited storage space for belongings, which made organizing things a bit challenging during my stay. Overall, it’s a good option if you're looking for a clean, comfortable stay with friendly service.

We had a pleasant stay at Dublin One Hotel. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The bathrooms are spacious, with a good shower and all necessary amenities.

For every single issue we had they found us directly a solution, big big thanks to the lovely lady at the Reception Onnia (hope I write it correctly) she improved completely our whole experience in Dublin!

I didn’t like that I was charged more money when I got to the hotel. I had paid on my card but when I got off the flight it said my card never went through when I got to hotel I said take it off the card and was charged another £23 extra it was late at night I just wanted to get to bed so I just paid it .

The room was smaller than we'd have ideally liked and the shower head leaked but was replaced immediately. Sadly the water pressure was a little too low so made washing my hair properly a chore. Showercap's and a nail file would have been a nice touch as i left mine at home and had to purchase one in town.

The staff at Dublin One were phenomenal. Nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming and made the stay! Aine in particular gave us brilliant advice on what to see, where to go and how to get the best out of our stay. The staff really are a credit to the hotel.
