Ann (the hostess) and her Austrian friend Günther/Erik were incredibly welcoming and the whole stay was very, very pleasant. The rooms were clean and everything we needed was there. The breakfast was also excellent and Erik kindly even agreed to prepare breakfast an hour early. The accommodation is perfect for visiting the Aran Islands. The airport is only a few minutes away by car and the ferry harbour not much further.

A beautifully decorated B&B. Ann the host was lovely and very hands-on. She offered a delicious continental breakfast and sat us at a private table by the window. She even gave us a hand written note for Tourist places to visit nearby.

Nice location, great starting point to get to Connemara, beautiful house, overlooking the coastline Close to Galway, but you definitely need a car to get around , since it's a bit remote which we loved! WiFi and lovely continental breakfast Lovely host

There was absolutely nothing we disliked. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Our entire stay at Connemare Ocen Escape was simply stunning. Our hostess Ann, was wonderful, and incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic. Her knowledge and insight of the area was amazing, and her chats with us helped us see historical areas and places that we had not even been aware of. Our room was great, spacious and comfortable and had everything we could think of. It was a wonderful experience, and a great area of Ireland in which to spend time. A huge thank you to Ann, our very special hostess, and we will be recommending her Guesthouse to family and friends.

Our hostess Anne was extraordinary and anticipated our every need. The facilities were sparkling clean and beautiful & the location, which included a beautiful country road leading to the ocean where we picnicked one evening, was lovely and peaceful. Anne went out of her way to enhance our experience and even drove us to the local store to pick up a few supplies! Our time at Connemara Ocean Escape was enchanting and we will treasure our time there always. Thank you for everything Anne…we miss you already!!

The place is timeless it felt like I was staying in a palace. The property was beautiful, well-kept, and very clean. The room was great with a cute little bathroom, the breakfast was over the top amazing with tons of options. We felt right at home with the free hot cocoa all day and night. The hostess was so kind and friendly, it really felt personal and that she cared about us. The ocean was just a short 3 minute walk away.

You couldn't say anything negative about this property. It's perfect.

Ann's house is immaculate and so tastefully decorated. The rooms are beautiful. We had the pleasure of meeting Gunthar when we arrived, who was so welcoming and very informative. We then had the pleasure of meeting Ann this morning at breakfast, Ann is the definition of Irish hospitality, couldn't do enough for us and had a lovely chat with her. You have use of the kitchen and a living room to watch TV, even though you have a TV in your room. Tesco is only 1 min away. Beach access is 1 min car drive, 5 mins walk, if you fancied a dip.

Everything! Location is very convenient to everything we needed (as we had a car), lovely area with nice walking track to the beach. Our room was spacious and comfortable, shower was great. We were very well looked after by Anne, Marie and Mary and continental breakfast options were a lovely start to the day.
