I didn't like the bathroom as it was long overdue for a refurbishment (room 12). The shower tiles, pointing was black with mold. The shower control worked but was poor. The enclosure was very old and tatty feeling dirty. The sink and lavatory were quite new but the general atmosphere was very poor. The bedroom decoration and furnishing was below standard at the price. The breakfast I'd booked and paid for was unable to be served owing to the property had no gas to the kitchen. The price for the breakfast was refunded and I left in heavy rain to get breakfast elsewhere.

Front of house was a classy restaurant. However the accommodation was adequate but not value for money.

We were in a triple room so was tight for space but was fine for 1 night. There was ongoing noise during the night not from outside or other guests but inside the building maybe the heating system. It did unfortunately disrupt sleep. To gain access to the rooms you needed to walk through the side of restaurant and this remained opened at night which didn't seem the most secure.

Central location . Staff friendly and rooms perfectly clean. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Really enjoyed the tapas.

We had to jump thru a few hoops to find a parking space out front but we were patient and they also helped me out.

GREAT location right on the high street. Had dinner at the wine bar it's above and it was yummy. Was a very unique room but bed was comfy and the room was nice and clean :)

The curtains could be lined or be heavier as the light came through.

It is very central and the room was newly decorated and was quirky. No noise . Very clean.

We were in room 9 , room was great but don't know was there a boiler overhead but very noisy throughout the night .

Almost every time I took a shower the water was cold, I only managed to have 2 hot showers during my entire stay.

My room was very noisy. After 2 hours of listening to what sounded like a vacuum cleaner running, l called staff and they told me that it was due to the restaurant next door boilers and kitchen equipment. I was very happy that they were able to give me another quieter room, and helped me move my suitcase. This was much appreciated as I was sick. They were apologetic. I do not think that they should rent out this room until this problem is fixed, as guests should expect relative quiet when they book a room. I am happy with how they dealt with it.

Difficulty in finding the hotel on the street. The entrance is down a narrow alley which we walked past twice and had to ask someone for directions. We later noticed that the name was easy to see from the opposite side of the road but not from the pavement outside as the blind obscured it. Also it should be made clear that the parking is on the road, not a designated car park.

Large room, we'll equipped. The restaurant fronting the accommodation was very good.

We loved everything, it has a special vibe. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. The food was just delicious, the depth of flavour and quality of the produce was exceptional, the breakfast was so good. We’ll definitely be back, even if it’s only for the shower, so powerful.
