We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThere was very little to complain about to be fair a few spots on the carpet and a mark on the bedroom desk - not sure if it needed a good wipe or the mark was permanent. Also would have rathered not have to pay for parking as a hotel guest that probably should be included. But really wouldn't complain about those things they were minute.
I booked last minute so got great value for money. Checkin was very quick and easy, hotel was very clean, bedroom & bathroom had everything we needed.

IrelandThe hotel in general was cold, apart from the bedroom which was extremely hot. There was a group of about 40 family members returning from the night in Johnny Fox's at about 12.20 who were told that the bar closes in 10 minutes and there was no residents bar. The staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful, imparting this information. The drink prices were extremely high.

United Kingdomrooms were far to warm and no way to control the temperature even with the window open all day and night. Bed was far too soft and I got an awful night's sleep. My stay ended up more expensive than when I had booked due to an issue with the price which I spoke to reception about but was not able to fully understand when it was explained to me but just had to pay it. wasn't great when I had budgeted and was made to feel like I was stupid. I found the staff ok but not able to explain things well or appear approachable. We were asked if we had stayed before and if we knew how breakfast worked and we said no. we were shown to our table and told to serve ourselves. We weren't told that we could order porridge or if we could have hard boiled eggs etc. It really wasn't clear.

United KingdomRoom 564. need a little refurbishment drawers not fitting well . carpet had wine stain on it easily cleaned . were in a deluxe room next to store room/laundry room got wakened every morning by collecting stores and materials 7am quite loud .. we where on a leisure break relaxing holiday..disturbed by hotel position of store room not the staffs fault .management not thinking of hoteliers/ guests rest .
Nice bar service staff excellent .food was very tastful would recommend it .
