We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent location in the heart of the town, very helpful staff who gave some excellent recommendations on where to eat lunch. Fabulous swimming pool and sauna. Restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast. Underground car park was large and had plenty of space despite the hotel hosting a large wedding. Room was large with an extremely comfortable bed.

SwedenThe hotel 's location is perfect for Westport and also conveniently located for any place you want to explore in beautiful county Mayo. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. We had a lovely room with a fourposter bed, the room was pristine. Breakfast was cooked on demand and the food was really of good quality. We did not use the restaurant so we cannot comment on the lunch/ dinner but if it is anything like the breakfast- it will be amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. PS. The mattress is the best one I have EVER experienced in a hotel. So comfortable, I even asked for the brand so that I can buy one for my home.

IrelandThe room. Well the view actually. The window was completely blocked by a roof, which is right up against the window. I'm a bit claustrophobic, so this spoiled the experience a bit for me. Especially as we were staying 2 days. So, make sure you're not in room 148.
It's a beautiful hotel, very luxurious. The rooms are lovely. Breakfast was great, staff on the ball. We had dinner in mays bistro and it was 10/10. Very chilled, loads of places to sit and have a coffee and relax. We loved the courtyard with the coffee van. The staff were all nice. There's so many. You're never waiting, like most places. I'd definitely go back.

IrelandHonestly, there was nothing I could fault or that I didn't like.
I loved everything about the hotel. The decor was lovely, the reception areas and all the fresh flowers. The outside sitting area was amazing and loved the coffee truck. The staff were so friendly and helpful even the housekeeping staff were greeting us as we arrived on our floor. The fridge and fresh water in the room - excellent. The staff obviously are treated well and you can tell as they are so efficient and helpful. One of them actually mentioned that it was a great place to work. Breakfast was varied and excellent. The beds are so comfortable with pillow top mattresses. Dinner in the Bar was also exceptional and great value.

The location is fabulous. The food is delicious. The entertainment is brilliant and the staff are very nice and helpful.

United KingdomInitially we were located in a bedroom on level 2. The room was small & not well laid out with a single wardrobe badly positioned in the bedroom. We could not sleep due to a humming noise off some unit which went on all night. We asked to be moved & were offered a room on level 3 the next day. This was much better except that it was a dormer room.
Very convenient & easy to get to town from there.

United StatesParking was a challenge as the lot was underground and although there was an elevator it was small and not located in he building we were staying in. The parking spaces were in a word tiny, and Houdini himself would have a hard time getting into and out of it..
Location, staff, and breakfast were excellent. Spa was great, pool was nice.
