There's not much to complain about. The hotel really served its purpose with a very positive feeling.

Very comfortable with all amenities and perfect location. Even if the hotel itself has no parking, there was never an issue with parking close by. The room was very clean and tidy and with very good room service. The breakfast is also very recommendable.

Our room was over the Old Quarter Bar so was a bit noisy but it didn't bother us and we were home late. Would suggest requesting a quieter room if you go to bed early

Very clean. Room was ready to check in earlier than 3pm. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was good value for money.

Room had very little storage for clothes,no seating probably meant for just a overnight stay rather than a week like we did.

We had a great stay here, the location is so central. The room was very spacious and beds were all very comfortable. We also didn’t realise that breakfast was included in our booking, so that was also a great surprise on arrival. Would definitely stay again.

There could have. been a notice on the website that parking was not affiliated with the hotel, and that there was no elevator beyond the first floor.

I found out last minute (AFTER I had checked into the room) that my companion would require a handicap accessible room. I explained the situation to the staff and they rebooked me into a handicap accessible room, which was absolutely perfect for our needs and even offered to help transfer my bags.

The squeaking noise from what we think were the hot water pipes during the night was annoying.

It is noisy with a pub just below. Luckily, we were there on a weeknight so it wasn't too bad. I imagine there would be no sleep on a weekend with music in the pub below. Soundproof windows would be a big help.

That you couldn’t access Wi-Fi on the TV so we couldn’t watch prime video or Netflix.

There were no tall drinking glasses. The room was quite small and there was no ice machine. The TV had extremely limited channels.

Our room was quite a good size and we'll set up. The room where the other two people in our group stayed, however, was quite small. The breakfast was not great and we only had one breakfast 8n their dining room It is important to note that the staff warn people repeatedly about the music from nearby pubs. They really mean it! If you are disturbed by background street sound, this may not be the hotel for you.

The location was very good. Close to pubs, sites to see, transportation. Also close to the Milk Market where you can get lovely coffee and sweet rolls on the weekends. There was a young woman who worked at the main desk and she was lovely, very helpful and cheery. We liked that they brought ice up to our room everyday. The beds were great. King sized and very comfortable. We liked that the windows closed tightly enough to block out some of the street sound.

As is stated on the hotel’s page there are a lot of bars and nightclubs nearby so it was loud but I expected that and wasn’t kept up all night as we got to bed pretty late too. However I was woken up a few times in the night by noise in the hotel itself, people yelling and banging doors etc. So the location is great and convenient especially if you’re looking for nightlife but wouldn’t recommend if you’re a very light sleeper.

Really nice clean, comfortable hotel. Myself and my partner got a huge room (I guess due to a cancellation or something) so that was a nice surprise :) Great shower, very comfy beds. Very good central location. Very handy to have the car park right outside. I would stay again.

Everything was as expected. They warn you about noise levels from the pub at night, and they are right. Parking was available very near, but I didn't know it closed at midnight. This proved to be a problem. All said, I would stay here again.
