Ashford Villa is a beautiful, clean, well presented property in a fabulous location. The host was very pleasant & helpful and was kind enough to provide the making of a lovely Irish breakfast. Cong is just a short walk through the grounds of Ashford Castle. We enjoyed The Quiet Man walking tour and delicious food in Cong. Ashford Villa is a great find and we'll definitely be back. When I booked I thought the villa was closer to the village of Cong because booking.com says it's 100 yds. It's 100 yds from the back entrance to the estate, it's more like 1.5 miles from the villa. This did not ruin our break as the villa was so great.

Our hosts left us food to make breakfast, it was really lovely. There was everything in the kitchen we needed. The whole villa was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

We loved everything, especially the cozy living room where my daughters and I could share our thoughts and travel highlights.

The location: near Cong and adjacent to Ashford Castle. Also loved meeting our hosts, Patricia and Gerard, who welcomed us and left us all the fixings for an Irish breakfast. Thirdly, our villa looked brand new: was spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully and comfortably. We also loved walking into Cong and through the grounds of the Ashford Castle.

We used the back road from the house to the main road. It was difficult at times having to find passing places and back up. one man was towing a boat on occasions.

Lovely house in the gardens of Ashford Castle. a modern property, very well equipped airy and light. The hostess left provisions for breakfast, milk butter and bread. Beautiful setting.

I could find no fault!!

We had a wonderful welcome from our hosts Patricia and Gérard. The house was in a beautiful location, spotlessly clean and perfectly accessible for my mother who has mobility issues. It was very comfortable and equipped with all modern conveniences. I would highly recommend and I look forward to returning again soon. It was also a lovely surprise to find the fridge stocked for a lovely cooked breakfast too!!

Having to go home and leave this beautiful place There is nothing not to like about this villa.

Patricia and Gérard where great put breakfast items in freezeready for when we got there. Met us at garage to show way into there beautifull place explained everything about villa information on places to go cannot say enough about this lovely couple and there fantastic villa. Beautiful walk though the grounds of ashford castle to get to town, where you have a great selection of places to eat. Thank you so so much
