Unfortunately heard every time anyone went to the bathroom…

Easily accessible with good parking. Good location - short walking distance to Eyre Square in nice area. Friendly staff. Accommodating for early check-in.

It is very loud in the house. Floor is old and it is very loud when other guests are walking, also you can hear other guests on the corridor.

The walls were thin and we were woken up by noise in the morning.

Location was perfect - close to bus stops and walkable distance from the city. We had no issues with check in/check out and the availability of parking was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the facilities were well maintained. It was an ideal spot for a one night stay with friends.

shower hot water system, couldn't get water to shoot in my direction

perfect options for breakkie. Bathroom for my room was separate from the room, a minor inconvenience. Hot water system for shower could do with upgrading.

I liked the location, pretty close to the city center. The lady at the reception was nice, recommended trips and what to see and where to go in the city. 9/10 for that price

We didn’t have access to the dining area after breakfast and rules said no outside food could be brought in, so takeout was not an eating option. Also, the staff was not actively giving us pointers about the area, something we have appreciated greatly when staying at other B&Bs.

Location was great! It was clean and pretty.

Room was good but very small and noise from people walking around on floor above was very annoying especially in the middle of the night. Also we were told we could not hang any washing in the bathroom, even underwear. Fortunately there is a good laundromat in Galway.

Location and breakfast were great. Room and common areas were very clean and pleasant.

For its location and price it is a very good option if you are planning to visit Galway.

Great location with a quick walk to town. Breakfast in the morning was fabulous as was the lovely ladies who worked there. My room was small but had a gorgeous garden outlook which made it feel more spacious.

Breakfast was a continental (cold cereal) breakfast for 10 Euro, so it was more economical to get a full breakfast at a cafe or restaurant nearby. Also, on-site parking is not guaranteed although that was indicated in the listing. It was not an issue for me at the time although it could be for other guests in the future.

The location was convenient to walk into town and the staff were very nice. The room was as expected, a simple bedroom with private bathroom.

Noisy. On a busy street with street noise, construction noise, thin walls. Bring earplugs. Small room.

Lovely hostess. Walking distance to main tourist part of town.

The floors are very creaky so you hear people walking around in their rooms, enough to wake you up. Walls quite thin too, could hear somebody snoring in another room. Can’t be helped of course is an older house, just one those booking should be aware of.

Breakfast was great value for money, 10 euro per morning and there was a great selection on offer. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Very lovely people, so welcoming and kind. Bed was very comfy and my room was cleaned which was a little bonus I didn’t expect. Only a short walk to main Galway, 10mins max.

The WiFi did not reach fully into our room. The only way we could get WiFi was if we stood right next to the door. This was a little frustrating since we didn’t have much data because we were coming from outside of Ireland, but we are grateful we were able to find some at least.

We booked the budget room, which was obviously a small room but we managed for two nights perfectly fine. The house was cute and the location was great to walk to the touristy areas.

I think they should consider being a bit more flexible with the check-in hours and/or luggage dropoffs and travelers, didn't forget your earplugs, the walls are paper thin.

Great location and very clean and well organized. I would recommend this place anytime!

Smallest room, i have been in - bed against one wall and still a struggle to get around room, photos on booking.com did not depict this room. Maybe just this room - others seemed ok. Onsite parking means first in and there is only room for about 3 cars - depends on drivers ability to park.

Location was good short walk into the square. Beautiful and quiet lovely small garden area and sunny breakfast area. Quiet for sleeping and safe looking onto garden

Great spot for a couple of nights. Quick walk to city Centre. Lots of food and restaurants within a couple minute walk. Bus station is close. Little noisy in the morning if you’re on the first floor because of the optional breakfast being so close to the rooms. Overall 9/10.

I booked the single room with an external bathroom, but I didn't like the fact that you don't get a key to the private bathroom, so actually somebody else could use it. I was told that all other rooms have private bathrooms, but still, one would feel better having the key to your own bathroom. Also, the room has a tiny window and no desk or chair. I have to ask for a chair from the dining room and use a drawer as a desk. To avoid disappointments, I suggest including pictures of the room so at least one knows what to expect.

The B&B is nice and well located. Quiet place to stay.
