The hotel is a little dated. Our superior Seaview room wasn't superior by any means, I paid extra for a lovely view, which delivered. The bathroom sink was old stained and cracked, and the bath was dirty and old. For the upgrade price, I expected a little luxury. Duvet for too heavy

The staff are lovely, location also really nice beside the sea, bar food excellent. Breakfast lots of options.

Lovely hotel, and nice walk into town along a river path straight from the door. Breakfast was very good and rooms are lovely and comfortable. Would definately stay again.

On first arriving we found the room a little hot, but have noted this in Irish hotels. We are used to the heat, but this is mitigated by air conditioning back home. Something that maybe the Irish don't need as much as heating. We just opened the window and door and the breeze quickly blew out the heat. Problem solved.

Our room was lovely. We were very happy with the facilities. My meal in the restaurant was superb. I complimented the waitress on their service and the meal and she replied in jest that she was sure that there was some kind of drug in the meal because you just wanted more!! So true. Great Kopperberg cider to compliment the meal. The view from the room was superb. It overlooked the duck pond and early in the morning we saw two lovely swans on the pond.

Menu for dinner was okay, but not a huge choice...some options had already sold out but what we did have was good. Room overlooked air con unit, but was quiet

Somewhere to eat and sleep having traveled 260 miles on a trike. Room was large had a double bed and 2 singles...tea/coffee, TV all that you would expect from a 4 star hotel..free parking and a leisure complex (which we didn't get to use, as too tired. Restaurant was good and separate breakfast room, The Pottery.

A bit dated in places. Our room was on the ground floor and could do with a refresh as was quite dark decor. Not a massive selection on the bar menu for dinner. 1st morning breakfast service wasn’t great, we didn’t get any tea/coffee despite asking again waitress again. Missed having a mini fridge with complimentary water as many hotels have these. Bar in the outdoor garden didn’t seem to be open during our stay.

Comfortable room with TV. Bathroom small but had everything you need and shower was great! Breakfast was lovely with good choice. Bar food also nice. Complementary Access to wifi. Nice outdoor seating/bar area with paths leading down to the shore and a lovely pond area. Complementary Access to pool and gym.

Lovely breakfast with a lot of choices. Excellent parking facilities almost at front door of venue. My huband used the gym facilities, not very crowded around 8am. Easy check in and check out. Recommend this accomodation

The disabled parking was extremely limited and the desk clerk couldn't tell us exactly where it was. There were only 2 spaces we could see and unfortunately both were taken.

The room was satisfactory though tight for a wheelchair. Comfortable bed and good wet room. The lounge in the hotel foyer and breakfast room were very nice. The food was good.

Staff and breakfast were excellent, also we were given a late checkout to allow us to use the leisure centre in the morning after breakfast. however we only booked the night before we travelled so the price was a little higher than normal.
