It was clean, functional, very appealing and a totally excellent location just 5 minutes walk from down town. Also the staff - most especially Marc and Dennis went way overboard to make our stay 101% amazing.

It’s an older b&b building so you can hear others, but not much. Carpet was light colored and stained. Highly recommend removing it for a wood or vinyl flooring. Way too hard to keep it clean looking.

Located outside of the busy Latin Quarter and nightlife, but within easy walking distance. We had a family room, double and two twins, which was tight but still comfortable for two nights. If we were staying longer or in the room often it would not have worked. Good hot water. Lots of toiletries provided. Comfortable beds and bedding. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Breakfast included and great.

One of the best B&Bs that we have stayed in. I give this rating because of the most amazing staff and service. Typically the Western world has self-service or very minimal/formal service. This B&B is the first one that I felt I was in the East - because the levels of service were impeccable. They are happy to go beyond which is such a pleasure and in such a pleasant manner. Mark is the housekeeper and he is amazing. He & his team do an incredible job. And the breakfast is the best - they do a brilliant job of it. Many B&B would offer a hot breakfast - but it is always standard. This one has a curated menu and also it is delicious with top notch ingredients. We loved our stay. It indeed felt like a home away from home. Thank you very much Mark & team. We hope to be back. And we would recommend it highly to our family & friends back in India

The staff are so friendly, the breakfast is excellent, the room was very comfortable with lots of little extras including the nicest macaron I’ve ever had! Everything was very clean. Easy walk to the centre of Galway.

the only thing I would have liked, although we didn't really have enough time to use it, was access to the very pretty back garden. I suspect, if I had asked, there would have been access.

the room we had was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The bed and the very nice bedding was one of the best I have experienced during all of my world wide travel...and I have stayed in some beautiful hotels! Small touches such as nice toiletries and a welcoming macaron with a couple of chocolates and bottled water make a difference when you have been travelling for hours. The small sitting room gave access to tea and coffee making facilities 24hrs. The staff were very approachable and happy to advise on places to visit and where to get the best Galway experiences...a good team! Breakfast was exceptional, with every variation you could possibly with for in Ireland. Everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, often with a flourish,as the team got much pleasure from knowing they were delivering great food.

There was nothing when we stayed however the property overlooks the greyhound stadium so will be noisy on race nights.

The team and the facilities were above and beyond what was expected.Though a little out of the centre it was an easy walk in. The beds were very comfortable, parking sufficient and breakfast outstanding

They need new locks on the doors. The charming old style church keys were a bit hard to make work. Be aware it also backs up to a dog racing venue. While we were there they only had one night of races (which we watched from our room) and they were over by 10pm.

We loved our stay at Ardawn House especially because our host Dennis who was so warm and welcoming. He could not have been nicer! The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. We also liked most that it was an easy walk into town but far enough away that you didn't have a lot of noise from bars etc.

Comfortable and clean rooms, excellent customer service, great menu and breakfast. Near an excellent range of restaurants and shops and only a 10min walk from some of the best tourist streets and shopping. Marc, in particular, is a warm and friendly host.
