I would appreciate a bit more detailed directions how to get there from the host, as we arrived in the evening, google map was not really helpful, we mixed college green rd vs college rd. Day time we had no problem to find it. I would appreciate additional luggage foldable chair in the room.

the location is great, it is actually walkable from the train station and the city center. the room was spacious , newly renovated and clean. the beds were comfortable. and the place is very quiet. the staff was helpful.

We were on the bottom floor so it was a little bit annoying when people were outside on drive as they could just look straight into our room. The walls are also very thin so earplugs are needed if you’re a light sleeper like me. The b&b do provide earplugs which was a nice touch.

Easy to find, great location, really lovely modern rooms, powerful shower and lovely customer service from reception. Walking distant to the city centre and a taxi is only between €6-€10.

For some reason, we couldn’t connect to the WiFi. The staff did everything they could to resolve the issue and we eventually were able to connect.

Room a little small. Some drunk dude came in in the middle of the night and caused a bit of noise but the owner dealt with him swiftly.

It’s a perfect little POD ! The woman in nxt room had an almighty ROW on phone at 3AM on her phone for ONE HOUR !!!

Everything except I felt like Mr Bean trying to manage bunk bed ! I’m 79 .

En suite, TV(w Netflix,Prime,YouTube which you can sign into with your account),kettle with tea and toiletries, 10min walk from coach station on GREEN st(do not enter the residential crescent). Friendly host, reception. Freshly redecorated building so no kitchen or breakfast but everything is sparkling new. No desk and table,leave your books at home it's a vacation.

Seamus greeted us and was so accommodating, making sure we were comfortable in our room. Everything had recently been renovated and painted and everything was really clean and new-looking. Just a short walk down the hill to the bus and train stations and town centre.

You could hear some of the other customers through rooms, but this is something I experienced in other hotels in Ireland as well.

It was a newly renovated, well organized, and clean cozy room. The staff was very helpful and overall the place gives you the experience of a local stay.

This is newly remodelled to a very lux standard and is very cozy and comfortable. It’s just a few minutes walk from the city centre without all the noise from the pubs and nightclubs that you get in the heart of the city. The owners and all the staff where easy to communicate with and very friendly!!!
