You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BelgiumUnable to get any hot water. We've never seen a geyser or control board like it before and there were no instructions. The agent helping us was going to send through the instructions but never did. The arrangement of crockery was very odd. And not really any tea/coffee available (not sure if this is actually part of it or not)

Only realised when poured sour milk into tea Didn't know how to plug it in - presumably involved moving fridge out but wasn't prepared to do that CLEANING Cooker not cleaned properly - lot of old grease splattered over top surface - very noticable Only one sponge for washing up, cleaning & wiping down left. Give your guests a chance to look after the property! Black throw on bed had a stain on it. Pillows - cheap and lumpy COMMUNICATION Lots of info about how the lock box worked but not enough about how to operate basic facilatities (ie internet, hot water et worked) Texted on first day about a problem with the internet - told someone get back to me. No one did. On arrival couple of texts exchanged then suddenly a question was answered by email as a result I didn't realise for 2 hours until I rang the office. Nothing welcoming - such as leaflets about local attractions. It was unnecessary to lay out the table for three people a half pint of milk would have been much more appreciated

IrelandThis apartment was so cold we arrived on a wet day in Galway. I called staff and got no answer byt was finally responded too after some time by text that there were heaters in every room. There are NO heaters in any room. The place was so cold we just got ready and headed out and this was the same the next day. We left early as it was nearly warmer outside I had never experienced anything like it. Staff did send down an electric heater that barely worked. This apartment might be nice in the heat of the summer but not for any cold or wet night you will freeze and it was that cold unbearable to sit and have a drink before we headed out.

Firstly I would like to thank Sinead for the brilliant service she provided for myself and my friends on our stay in her property. She was a lovely lady to deal with very helpful and pleasant to deal with on all interactions. The properties hygiene was definitely 10/10. Everything we needed all essentials were provided for us. The house was very comfortable and homely. The location was amazing it was right in the centre to enjoy all the facilities around us. For the price of the facility it was definitely worth every penny.I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is thinking of spending a night in Galway it was extremely enjoyable and Sinead was a pleasure to deal with. Again thank you very much Sinead.
