We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaBirds in cages made me sad although they seemed to be well fed and cared for . Some of the plants need trimming as they keep brushing against your skin while walking on the pathway . I have sensitive skin that flared up .
Good location , close to ICON mall , shopping , restaurants and beach . Spacious room , cleanliness , helpful staff . Not expensive and great value for money . The breakfast was quite good and plenty . Fruits , Tea / coffee , toast with butter and jam . Eggs at an extra minimal cost .

I like Yulia 1 because it is a semi budget homestay, not so many people stay there, it is close to where I want to stay, the staff always look after me and they do not BS to me.

The location is great. Across the road from Icon mall. We stayed there because we needed to go to Rejuvie aesthics and anti aging clinic, which is a 1 minute walk. Cut through the mall and you are on the beach for great restaurants and markets.

United KingdomUnfortunately we were downgraded from a room with air conditioning to a fan only room as a guest was taken ill and unable to vacate the room we had booked. Now, this is not the fault of the guest house, and we were only charged for the lower room rate, but it was a little disappointing. The fan only room was hotter inside than it was outside, but thankfully they bought us an additional fan and it was only for one night - had it been longer we may have looked to stay elsewhere. But, all in all, it did not detract from our positive impression of the guest house. Aside from this there were no complaints! Beware that the poolside is difficult to navigate, especially when busy, as there is not much space to move around the loungers provided.
The whole vibe of Yulia 1 is blissful. It is set back off the road, behind an interesting aquatic shop come art gallery with both fantastic fish and fantastic paintings! The rooms are situated around a beautiful garden with a lovely pool, and there are lots of award winning caged songbirds to admire. They are not intrusively noisy during the day and are all quiet at night. Some will interact with you if you stand by them. The location was fantastic. Breakfast did leave a little to be desired but was perfectly satisfactory given the low price of the rooms!
