Yulia 1's location is peaceful, near the shops, a short walk to the beach and the staff are really lovely.

Close to the Sindhu night market. About 10 minutes on foot from Sanur Beach. Lots of shops and cafes nearby. Loved the singing birds at Yulia 1.

Breakfast was really good. Fresh fruits, toast and a lot of coffee/tea. Beautiful garden with a lot of birds. The host and kitchen personnel were very friendly. The room and the bathroom were clean and tidy.

Birds in cages made me sad although they seemed to be well fed and cared for . Some of the plants need trimming as they keep brushing against your skin while walking on the pathway . I have sensitive skin that flared up .

Good location , close to ICON mall , shopping , restaurants and beach . Spacious room , cleanliness , helpful staff . Not expensive and great value for money . The breakfast was quite good and plenty . Fruits , Tea / coffee , toast with butter and jam . Eggs at an extra minimal cost .

Beds soooo hard. I stayed in two different rooms. One room 4C mattress ok, in room 5 B far too hard for me.

Lovely place. I would stay again. Beautiful birdsong through the day. Generous portion of fresh fruit for breakfast.

Yulia is beautifully landscaped hidden from the street and laid back. Owner and staff super friendly and a nice relationship has been developed over the years

It was satisfactory. Neighbours next door woke us with loud talking as rooms are very close. Bed was hard and the toilet seat broken. Breakfast was fresh fruit and toast and you have to pay for eggs or additional items.

A relaxing oasis in the midst of the city. I loved the tropical feel of the plants and birds. Lovely breakfast area.

We enjoyed our stay at Yulia 1. The location was perfect, a little jungle in the heart of Sanur. The bird were really enjoyable, waking up to all the different bird noises was fantastic. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. We are hoping to return again in March!

Best bread (toast) in Sanur. Generous proportion of fruit and pot of coffee or tea. Serene environment yet everything is just outside the gate. Staff helpful with a laundry service on site. Excellent value.

I didn't like the noise created by the barking dog from next door - but thats not so bad really.

I like Yulia 1 because it is a semi budget homestay, not so many people stay there, it is close to where I want to stay, the staff always look after me and they do not BS to me.

We had a ground floor room A4 which was convieniant but the bed was quite uncomfortable.

The location is great. Across the road from Icon mall. We stayed there because we needed to go to Rejuvie aesthics and anti aging clinic, which is a 1 minute walk. Cut through the mall and you are on the beach for great restaurants and markets.

Unfortunately we were downgraded from a room with air conditioning to a fan only room as a guest was taken ill and unable to vacate the room we had booked. Now, this is not the fault of the guest house, and we were only charged for the lower room rate, but it was a little disappointing. The fan only room was hotter inside than it was outside, but thankfully they bought us an additional fan and it was only for one night - had it been longer we may have looked to stay elsewhere. But, all in all, it did not detract from our positive impression of the guest house. Aside from this there were no complaints! Beware that the poolside is difficult to navigate, especially when busy, as there is not much space to move around the loungers provided.

The whole vibe of Yulia 1 is blissful. It is set back off the road, behind an interesting aquatic shop come art gallery with both fantastic fish and fantastic paintings! The rooms are situated around a beautiful garden with a lovely pool, and there are lots of award winning caged songbirds to admire. They are not intrusively noisy during the day and are all quiet at night. Some will interact with you if you stand by them. The location was fantastic. Breakfast did leave a little to be desired but was perfectly satisfactory given the low price of the rooms!

Lobby staff was polite but nothing more. We got so used to smiling and super helpful staff in other places in Indonesia that in comparison Yulia 1 lobby staff seemed a bit cold and distant.

Very well situated Hotel in Sanur. At 5' walking from the beach. Very quiet place as well. Good basic room and bathroom.

I enjoyed my private balcony in the morning sun. Breakfast was good. The help yourself fridge and honest board was great, I was the winner most days! 🤣 It was very peaceful especially given its busy location.
