No coffee machine in the kitchen nor stove top coffee maker (although they did have a plunger). Breakfast from the local restaurant was not the best (but the rest of their food was very good). In the main bedroom there were no blackout curtains so it was very light all night (the other rooms had blackout curtains).

Wonderful layout and arrangement of spaces, loved all the rooms and the pool, hosts were very attentive and generous. We asked for a home cooked meal to celebrate my sons birthday and the manager Maria organised a wonderful chef who cooked lunch for us. We were very happy with her hospitality.

Location was perfect! Markets and Massage Venues and the fabulous Savannah Moon Restaurant right at the doorstep. Secluded and private villa. Felt very secure. Maria was extremely helpful. I bothered her a great deal on Whatsapp asking for advice atc. Nothing was a problem and she was very efficient.

There was a minor issue with ants in one of the bedrooms but Maria arrived within 5 mins, sorted it out and we never saw the ants again. There was also an issue on the first day with the electricity (they had a new system and they were having teething problems) but Maria and her husband came immediately and tested and stayed until it was sorted out. Totally normal travel experiences with exceptional customer service.

Location was perfect, Maria was lovely and very responsive when we needed anything. The restaurant out the front was great and overall we loved it. We have 3 teenage kids and everyone was comfortable and happy there.

We couldn't get the projector screen to work... Netflix wouldn't stream and we didn't have anything else downloaded. We could have asked our host... but we didn't really need it anyway.

A great traditional feel but with western fitout. The location was fantastic and we loved watching the stalls set up every morning while we ate out delicious smoothie bowls. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Fantastic villa is great for families in a very central location. Our host Maria was very kind and caring and looked after our every need. Great for two families could sit and relax whilst watching the kids in the pool. Bustling Street but quiet in the villa. Best of both worlds. Highly recommend.

I can’t think of anything I could say that disappointed us. We were 2 families and we just had a brilliant time!

Location is excellent, right in the middle of it all and yet super private and quiet. Ubud has notorious traffic issues and we have always stayed out of Ubud a bit but this was so awesome to be right in the heart of Ubud. Family who look after you (as Villa is at the back of their home ) are so lovely. They have cute cats and dogs and koi fish, great food from the restaurant, it can be delivered to your table! They came in everyday to clean up after us all and the place was very tidy. Our bed in Poise room was super comfortable. Pool was smallish but deep and perfect for a cool down. We would definitely stay here again. Maria and her family were excellent hosts.

Maybe providing or letting guests know ahead of time that they will need outlet adapters if our outlets do not match the country's outlet/voltage. Ants/bugs sort of surrounded the rooms, but the raid spray they provided helped and you can always request to have the rooms cleaned.

The location is very good and safe. It is near to Ubud market and palace. There are a lot of dining options nearby. We could even order food from Savannah Moon and the food will be delivered to our Villa. It was nice to have toiletries provided. Maria is very helpful and answered our questions patiently. We had a great stay here.

Loved the layout of the villa, the rooms and the staff. Maria the villa manager and all the staff were so lovely and helpful, they can organise and help everything. We had our 18 month old baby with us and they dealt with the company we hired to childproof the pool. The villa is behind a restaurant so can be a little hard to find on the street but just enter through the restaurant entrance. We loved the home cinema for watching movie and sports. You can connect your phone so it was great for raining days. Very comfortable and homely feeling.

Fabulous stay. We have travelled to Bali many times and this was the first time we felt we actually stayed in true Bali. Villa was tastefully decorated, location excellent but the best was Maria. Maria was concierge, ray of sunshine and made us feel that we were family.

The house is located in beautiful Jl Kajeng, a lovely part of Ubud, in the centre of town but a short walk to the stunning rice fields. So much wonderful street life but the house was surprisingly quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. The house and garden were well equipped and full of character. The layout was fantastic with the separate living and sleeping areas/bathrooms. The Savannah Moon restaurant at the front was excellent. Fabulous property!

We had some power issues but our host Nord ensured us that this has been permanently fixed.

The villa is right in the centre of Ubud. Everything is at walking distance. Our host Maria was extremely helpful and made sure that any inconvenience was quickly resolved and compensated. She even arranged a birthday cake for our daughter! The villa has been recently refurbished. Everything looks very clean and tidy. A real piece of heaven in the busy heart of Ubud.
