Breakfast was Oke, not the best but some parts like the croissant not always fresh. Overall we were really happy with our stay.

Beautiful cabin with your own small tropical garden. Nice personnel, we had to leave early and they helped us with breakfast take away and some other things at 05.00 am. We give a 9 as rating.

Staff were really helpful- they were well spoken and showed utmost respect. They made sure the villa was cleaned & organised every day. The property was absolutely clean and beautiful!!!

The breakfast is a huge NO. You can option both breakfast in room or at the restaurant (which is located in a different hotel close by), we finally optioned in room since the food choice was exactly the same. Boiled egg overcooked, pancakes uncooked. One day we booked the breakfast really early since we have to leave at 07 AM and they delivered it at time we have to leave.

Location is great: super quite environment, but only 10 min (by taxi/scooter) away from Ubud center. We loved the style of our Room (Villa Nini n.5), really fresh and comfortable

The hot water system is small and slow, having a shower is fine, but having a warm bath in the tub is not realistic.

We had our best time in Villa Nini. Such a big and private place for a couple to enjoy Ubud. The private swimming pool, the floating breakfast, the stylish bed, the green front yard, the helpful and friendly staff, etc.

No phone contact from room to reception. Had a fridge but we had to stock it and there is no where close to get supplies I.e beer, Tonic. There is free transport into Ubud central available from Bliss Ubud three times a day but no return transport leaving you to have to haggle with touts for a return taxi journey that is overpriced

We loved the setting out of Ubud near a rice paddy and hearing nature rather than traffic. Loved the antique look of the villa and the beautiful private pool. We had our own little dining area where breakfast was brought each morning. Very quiet and private.

The room was quite dark, even with all the windows wide open. The location wasn’t ideal either; we had to walk past a private living area that was littered and had an unpleasant smell on the way to our villa. Additionally, it was a bit of a ride to get to the city center, taking about 15 minutes on scooters. There wasn’t much to do at the villa, and the pool was really small.

Our accommodation had an authentic village style that was truly charming. To enhance our experience in Bali, we decided to mix it up by also staying at high-end hotels. We enjoyed our time here; it brought back fond memories of simpler times, like staying at my grandma’s house when I was a child. The vintage furniture and rustic design elements evoked a nostalgic 60s vibe. I particularly loved the interior design of our cozy villa. Breakfast was served promptly and offered a delightful selection of cuisines, including Oriental, European, and American options.

I guess the thing that makes this property stand out amongst others I have been to Is the attention to detail. The villa is set in a quiet side alley, outside Ubud's traffick. Although we could have chosen to have breakfast delivered to the villa, we preferred to go to Bliss restaurant, which is just 2 minutes away. All the staff both at the villa and at Bliss have been exceptionally nice, polite and professional.

The second room with the single bed could have been slightly cleaner, we had to move the bedside table in order to plug in a converter and it was evident that dirt and dust had been allowed to accumulate there.

The villa was beautiful and the staff were incredibly accommodating, the area itself is also stunning. The accommodation was spacious and the pool was a fantastic size. It truly felt like you were in your own little world. The breakfast was also very delicious and sizeable.

The breakfast options weren’t huge but what was there was nice.

Breakfast delivered to the room was nice after putting our order in the night before, we also went to the resorts restaurant the other mornings and you can be transferred on the resorts cart. The pool villa was clean, comfortable and in a great location set well back from the road to eliminate any noise. Staff were always happy to help. We had a 5 hour spa and enjoyed every minute.

It’s dark in the villas because it’s traditional Balinese built. All wood. Very beautiful but not much sunlight into the room. It’s ok, you have a beautiful porch to sit on :)

Really quiet place near a small rice field. The breakfast (included) was great. The place was also relatively near the Ubud centre, in which we arrived in 5-10min with scooter.

Could provide with better fans. Cupboard door creaks and makes a lots of noise.
