Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Breakfast delivered to the room was nice after putting our order in the night before, we also went to the resorts restaurant the other mornings and you can be transferred on the resorts cart. The pool villa was clean, comfortable and in a great location set well back from the road to eliminate any noise. Staff were always happy to help. We had a 5 hour spa and enjoyed every minute.

United StatesIt’s dark in the villas because it’s traditional Balinese built. All wood. Very beautiful but not much sunlight into the room. It’s ok, you have a beautiful porch to sit on :)

NetherlandsWe heard rat(s) on our roof at night and saw one the next day in the semi open bathroom. With all windows closed (for airco) it is rather dark in the room.
Authentic look and ambiance. Very friendly service. Due to the location relatively quiet. Nice swimming pool. For breakfast and dinner you can use the service from Bliss hotel. So you have to use the free shuttle, or you can ask for breakfast at your room.

AustraliaI would recommend people who stay here and have breakfast from Bliss just head over there, rather than have it delivered. It's obviously fresher at Bliss, where the food is delivered from.
We had the villa with a private pool, and it was amazing! The villa was beautiful, all wood and very cool inside. Everything was spotless, bed was comfy, and we had lots of space all to ourselves.

AustraliaWe had a slight issue with mice and a roof leak. After mentioning it, the staff fixed the roof straight away which was impressive. Unfortunately they definitely need to set traps for the mice / rats. They chewed through my underwear, and ate through some snacks we had. We did get an apology from the manager which was kind. However being offered a gesture of compensation would have been a little better.Yet we do understand being near fields that pests do come along with the territory of this, and being from country ourselves we do get it. But if this is a common occurrence we would say it needs to be kept on top of.
