- Aircon is too small for the size of the room - no mirrors inside the room so have to go outside in the heat/rain to get ready etc

Good location, not too far from the main part of the island but far enough so that it was quiet in the evenings. Staff were great and always happy to help Room was big and the outdoor bathroom was lovely

The TV froze when you were on Netflix. The food wasn’t good and you could never order pizza even though it was on the menu.

The staff were super nice! When we checked out we still had friends staying there so we would visit them there and they borrowed us towels and gave us juice. The room was big and very beautiful! The bathroom was really nice

loved staying here! the staff were so kind & accommodating. such a good location, off the main strip but 5 mins to the harbour/ beach. cute little friendly cats on site which I loved! comfiest bed we slept in our whole trip, such a nice room as well!! loved Nero & highly recommend!

We had such a nice stay at Villa Nero. The people we’re so kind and welcoming, the Rooms were really nice and clean and they have the cutest cats. We can highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. Thank you Villa Nero for making our stay memorable 🫶🏼

The wifi was very unreliable so not recommended if you need internet for work etc. Other than that, nothing!

So we booked here for a nicer stay over my birthday, check in was smooth and staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and we loved the little outside bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was nice, small selection but good none the less. The bed was VERY comfy so couldn't recommend enough. The pool is also nice, not freezing cold either. On day of check out the staff were very chatty and took a genuine interest in our trip and asking what we liked best etc.

The service at Nero was excellent with a special shout out to Ellie who was wonderful and catered to our every need.

The outdoor bathroom backed onto a busy laneway so was noisy at times.

The staff were super helpful and attentive. They shared travel tips for the island and arranged bikes and laundry services for us with ease.

Internet!!! Very bad! Since we had to work and study it was almost impossible.

Nice and green territory, big and clean rooms, nice bathroom. A little bit far from beach and main road- if it’s raining then the road is muddy! Nice pool! Staff is very friendly! Kids loved cats! :) Food in the restaurant could be a little bit better and maybe more options to choose!

everything was perfect

the location was great not on the strip so nice and quiet. Dani and the rest of the staff were the nicest people and made our stay absolutely amazing. My partner and I will definitely be coming back here
