Beautiful property, good ac, nice location. Nitro was very accommodating. Our arrival time kept getting delayed, and poor Nitri had to adjust her time so that she could be there to direct us to the property and give us an orientation. Very much appreciated. She is a good host.

There were minor problems with the downstairs toilet and flushing but that can be easily rectified. Other than that, a superb location and stay.

The property was well located and less than 100m walk you are on the main street with loads of shops and cafes. Even though it was very close to the shops, it was still a very quiet location. A bonus was thw Bintang supermarket where we could go and grab snacks and gifts. The property was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Just a perfect place for families.

I highly recommend this villa, its like you’re staying in 5 star hotel in cheaper price, everything you needed is there, from toiletries to kitchen utensils where you can cook whenever you want, house is super clean, they do the cleaning every day changed everything, they have this cute pool where you and swim anytime you want, its also very safe area and the things i really like here is, its close to everything you need like, super market, shopping, restaurant, beach even diff spa. You can get anything you want or need in just one in the streets, also the staff is super accommodating, they’re easy to contact and reply immediately when we have concerns or need, thumbs up!!

Water pressure in the bathrooms was very low. Very low and sluggish water pressure and flow of water especially in the upstairs shower and downstairs faucet in the sink. Should be an easy fix by the owner. Other than this there were no other issues.

The only negative is the position of is a long walk to beach area and Semenyak is a long way from Kuta area and takes ages in vehicle due to the traffic. If you are planning to stay in Semenyak area, this villa is ideal. However, if you are planning to do the beach thing and visist Kuta for shopping and nightclubs etc, it will take you at least 30 - 40 minutes to travel by car.

This is an excellent three bedroom villa. Spotless on arrival and they provided daily cleaning services which was exceptional each day. One bedroom downstairs without private en-suite and two bedrooms upstairs with large bathroom to cater for upstairs guests. Spacious bedrooms with very comfortable king beds. Located approximately 100 metres down a lane from main Legian/Semenyak Road. All necessary facilities, such as bars, coffee shops, warungs, restaurants and spas are within walking distance. Host, Nitri was charming and helpful so to was owner Martin. Made our stay very enjoyable.

When booking this Villa, it shows the times of check-in 00:00 to 23:59. I called ahead about 11:30am as we were on our way to the villa and be arriving about 12:30 p.m, thinking we were able to check-in at any time. I was told that someone was still in the villa and we had to wait till 2 pm. Please check with the management before arriving. Even though we turned up early, they were really accommodating and lucky for us the previous guests had left early that morning. I think a mix-up in communication?

What can I say? Everything about our stay at Villa Anyerlir was perfect. The maids came in every day, outside, and inside was spotless. Kept well up to date. All shops restaurants, bars and much more approximately 2 minutes walk away. Laundry service just around the corner full bag of washing £4. Perfect

The pool was shaded but there was a sun baking deck and we’d already had a million swims elsewhere b4 our stay here so it’s a minor thing & gr8 for a cool dip in the heat of Bali. This is the most minor thing and we can’t think of a single other thing to say negative about our stay.

Loved the comfy beds/pillows/linen. The lounge was clean & comfy & all the TV’s worked great. Awesome location & tucked back just enough from the Main Street to prevent noise yet super central. Showers clean & lovely. Big fridge. Air con & celing fans tops. Loved it all. Would definitely recommend

Not a dislike but more a suggestion, a sun lounger on the top deck as an option other than the bean bags (although they are really comfy)

Manager & Owner of Villa Nitri & Martin were amazing, couldn’t do enough to help. Communication was great with very quick responses. Cleaning staff also amazing and done a great job on making sure the villa was clean daily and lovely touch with the daily bottles of water 😀
