We stayed in A2, one of the more luxurious villas with a private pool. Beautiful location. Good restaurants and warungs close by. Friendly and helpful service from all staff. Silver class at Mei Silver and Rice Paddy walk with Wayan were arranged by the hotel, and are highly recommended.

We did not like the narrow and rickety spiral staircase up to the bedroom. It was very inconvenient to manage those stairs when needing to visit the bathroom in the middle of the night. I wish I'd booked a level villa. We also found the bathroom very poorly designed. The floor around the toilet got wet every time you had a shower. And there was nowhere to hang bath towels.

Location and view were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful. The best part of our stay was the restaurant. The food was sensational. We couldn't bring ourselves to eat anywhere else! We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there, and every meal was artisically presented and tasted fantastic. The staff also arranged a guided walk through the rice fields and we thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

Our room was right at the bottom of the gardens and tucked in the corner so it was quite dark, didn't get much sunlight. This is okay if you're just using your room to sleep but we wouldn't choose to spend time in it. The bathroom when we arrived had a very strong bad smell, we asked for incense that they sent to the room which helped. We also couldn't use the bath as the water came out very cloudy, our shower was fine however.

The service the moment we arrived was incredibly helpful and informative, helping us arrange our trip with activities in the surrounding area, including scooter lifts to the ATM and our silver class in the village. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the restaurant and plenty of drinks by the pool, plus made use of the laundry services and spa for a couples massage, which was great!

The location is amazing, surrounded by rice paddies with amazing view of Mount Agung. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and go above and beyond to accommodate. Only thing to bear in mind is there are no shops of any note close by, so be prepared before you go.

I couldn’t get hot water for my shower for my one-day stay. I have raised this to the staff so hopefully they’ve resolved the issue. Otherwise no complaints.

Beautiful villa in Sidemen with very friendly staff who greet you with a smile. Nice pool with scenic views of the ricefields and mountains. Room is very cosy and comfortable. Breakfast served is very hearty.

Wow, the location was just amazing with views of the rice terraces from our balcony. Nice clean comfy rooms and the pool and restaurant were aloso lovely. We only stayed here for 2 nights as we toured around Bali and I honestly wish we had stayed longer. Thanks to Sinta, Dea and all the rest of the staff who made our stay there so enjoyable!

This hotel is amazing. The location is beautiful, wonderfully located in Sidemen valley. Breakfast was the best we had in Indonesia. The staff also was fantastic, specially Ita and Sinta: they were the best!

An amazing relaxing place to stay, the pool was so nice, awesome views. The staff were excellent, being able to order from a wide range menu and they bring it to your room was amazing. Super clean, beautiful landscaping, comfortable rooms. We loved this place and will absolutely be back
