Hotel location A bit far from the main road n the road to Hotel is a bit narrow 😅

There is a city construction so it is hard to get uber to reach the hotel. You need to go to the mall and try to find uber from there as it is easier. The room was also too small and it was hard to move for two people.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is actually strategic because it is close to the center and the old town. Many street food nearby so you don’t need to worry about that and a mall is also close by just walking 5mins.

We booked 3 rooms: 2 of them were heavily stinking of mold. We asked the staff to change rooms. They told us that the hotel was fully booked and was not possible. They just use some spray in order to "cover" the stink. It didn't work by the way. It's a pity because the location is central, the staff is nice, but 3 days with this stink is not acceptable at all.

Mosquito…. Mosquito… mosquito… lobby area, in the rooms as well. No complimentary water bottles in the room. You have to collect water from the water dispenser near your room.

It’s cheap. Nearby has minimarts, some street foods. But not for picky eaters

The walls were a bit thin and you could hear noise sometimes.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. Cleaning of the room everyday. Free coffee and water. The location was very good next to a big mall, good street food just outside and close proximity to the Transjakarta bus stop "Harmoni".

Maybe if they provide coffee/tea in the room. The bathroom is okay however on the toilet side, there should be another drainage, if there's extra splash of water on the toilet side, it could stagnant.

The staff services, they answered every question responsively and genuinely. The breakfast, shower/toilet and overall experience of my stay I could say worth the money I spent.

Perfect for travellers, right in the middle of the culture, cheap taxi to the business district. Real good value for money.

The breakfast is average, not many options. I would have preferred to have an electric kettle in my room but they did not provide one. There was a common dispenser outside with hot and cold options. What bothered me was, that there was no iron or hair dryer. If they could not provide for each room, at least a common one would have been so helpful.

The beds were comfy and the shower was good. The room was spacious enough for 2 people. The staff and everyone were really friendly. Though they don't speak fluent English, they try their best to understand your needs.

The first day, we went to the breakfast like 40 minutes after it began and there was almost nothings left. So it's better go there as soon as possible (we did it next day and there were more things to eat). Also we had only small window facing the wall.

Not a real problem of the hotel itself, but I was arriving in the evening and it took quite a lot of time to reach the hotel due to endless traffic jams. Again, it is not a hotel's problem, just a thing to consider

The room was nice and had a desk to place a laptop, and it was also equipped with everything I would need for a stay. There are some food stalls just in front of the hotel, as well as some convenience stores. Relatively close to some attractions. Good accommodation overall.
