Absolutely everything was fantastic…….the pool villa…….you feel like you’re in paradise…so spacious and clean ….staff really kind and attentive…….food was so delicious…..spa was also perfect with really nice staff and really good service…….worth to try it!

A magnificent villa with breathtaking views of the valley and a sunny infinity pool. The staff is always smiling, attentive, and provides exceptional service with a rare kindness. It’s a 25-minute drive from the center of Ubud, but the hotel offers free shuttles (three times a day). At the beginning of our stay, we were disturbed by the noise of construction and chainsaws, but the manager was attentive and tried to find solutions, thanks again to him! An address to share and cherish, we will return with great pleasure, Inshallah. Thank you for this unforgettable experience.

The shower area was a little small if you were with a child, and the floor was such that the child could slip and fall. But it's not a big problem.

It was a perfect space, with a typical Balinese natural landscape spreading out in front of me, and I didn't feel any sign of other people. I stayed in a non-infinity pool villa, but I was glad that my children could play safely in the large garden. The food was also very delicious, especially the breakfast omelette. I would like to stay in the same villa again.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. The staff were super welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean and beautiful, done in traditional Balinese style, with a lot of authentic details and traditional wood carvings and sculptures. It was what I was looking for as it helped to feel the culture and have an authentic experience.

The booking of the massage at the spa was unexpectedly complicated, but the massage itself was excellent.

Excellent location, away from the crowd and the noise. The staff was very helpful and sincerely kind, our room was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the terrace of our room and the view. The swimming pool is excellent

Expect to have geckos in your room. This is normal, as the hotel is close to the forest. The staff was very supportive in trying to remove the geckos, but of course it kept coming back. If you suffer from a reptile phobia, then better find another accommodation. The location is a bit remote, but you can use the shuttle from the hotel, which is very convenient.

The staff here was the best I ever encountered. The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely amazing.

Ubud valley resort is Heaven on earth. The resort itself is wonderful, staff were welcoming and always there to make sure that anything you need is secured. The food was amazing, you can feel the positive atmosphere in the resort. We loved everything about the resort.

The pool needs some maintenance as there were broken tiles on ground.

The breakfast was outstanding - very filling, good choice, delicious and ample quantity. Coffee refillable cup. The afternoon tea was also perfect with small portion of hot and cold food. Menu changes every day. The setting is quiet with fabulous tropical garden and flowers. Beautiful surrounds.

Small things - like the fact that one day our afternoon tea plates were not taken away from our terrace and were still there the following day. Also the cut stones used for the garden path are attractive but uneven and not easy to walk on.

The food was very, very good and we enjoyed every meal there. The service too - friendly and fast. We loved the environment and the resorts ambience too.
