Could be better lights in the villas and especially in the bathroom.

The single room is slightly small, so can be difficult to store luggage.

We stayed in a single room for 3 nights. We had such an enjoyable experience due to the beautiful staff being so accommodating and welcoming. The location of the restaurant over looked the lush tree tops and the food was delicious. The infinity pool was a highlight and would definitely recommend this authentic Balinese hotel. Thank you!

Everything was great

The facilities are great, the infinity pool outstanding and the staff always went the extra mile to make us feel at home. We also rented a scooter for a fair price and in a good condition.

Steps. Not that it bothered us, but something to consider. There were a fair few stes of steps down to the villa. Shower could have been cleaner.

Comfortable beds. Firm with a soft topper. Roomy. Private. Quiet. Good breakfast. Close to the monkey forest area on a scooter.

Pool in the villa was cold but that’s only because it gets no sun during the day (so could be a plus for some). Could do with a mirror in the bedroom, so you can get ready when the other person is using the bathroom. A rail to dry wet swimming stuff would also be useful.

Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice and the gardens were beautiful. Shuttle into town is very helpful.

Absolutely amazing villa. The pool villas have 2 separate bedrooms + 1 living room. Each rooms with a 180 bed and amazing bathrooms. Staff is execellent and breakfast as well. Location is close to centrer however you need a taxi ride that cost 100k rupee. With their roads and traffic is hard to walk to the center but they do have a free shuttle service in the morning and evening or if outside of these hours they have car available. Massage can be arranged on site which was great. Highly recommend.

It was absolutely beautiful! Our villa had a private pool and it was perfect, nice and cool by the jungle/forest. The staff were so incredibly friendly and amazing cooks they all really made us feel at home. We did not want to leave

Vegetarian breakfast options limited (egg free). Toast, veg fried rice or cereal. Not bad at all just would have liked a little more to chose from

Lovely peaceful location. Felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Kids loved the villa pool and the large infinity pool. Staff were brilliant, felt like a family run hotel. Would definitely book again

Perfect stay, the room was great, the breakfast was very good and the staff super nice, wish we stayed longer! The location was also very good because it's not in the city center, soo it was very calm, and since you can rent a scooter from them you can avoid the traffic when going to the waterfalls/rice terrace.

Nothing - great place for a chilled short stay.

This a lovely family run hotel - very friendly and looked after us well on our short stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The roof top pool and view is fantastic and the perfect way to end the day. The property is about a 10 min walk into Ubud Main Street. We loved this as you got some peace and tranquility away from the town centre. The property does run free drop off and pick ups on the main street.

This hotel is a 4-star hotel with everything you need to have a perfect stay: the staff are so friendly they make you feel at home, great breakfast, fantastic accomodation and pool with amazing views, just like the photos shown. Also, they provide a bus service to drive you to the central area, for free! If we ever come back to Bali, well definitely choose it again.

The staff were friendly & helpful. The resort was also beautiful, with clean, comfortable rooms. The location was good, and the hotel ran a shuttle bus to drop you nearer into the centre.
