Gardens needed work The tap in rm 9 was loose and the toilet was not fixed in the ground As we stayed for 6 days we asked for a kettle to make tea which was provided it would be good if it was part of room rental. Also our fridge broke down. I did want to revisit your place in Jan next year but there were too many things not right. I'm sure you will fix them and have The Wellhouse like it used to be. Thankyou

Some things like the Bathroom (hooks, toilet, tap etc.) needs maintenance and upkeep. The breakfast is simple, fresh and fine! If you want the good espresso its just 1 min away at Mushroom Coffee.

The staf is great! Very personal and easy going. Great with Kids. The rooms are spacious. The family room was two rooms together. Nr 8 and 9.

It would have been nice to have fresh towels after a few days (we stayed for a week).

The location was excellent. Dede and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and grounds tidy. Breakfast was available if we requested, but we chose to go across to the Mushroom Espresso which was just across the vacant lot.

Friendly owners, a nice family run place. We could rent a scooter from here which was handy as there’s not too much to do, so it was good to get out to explore the island.

The location is great. Nice and close to mushroom bay port and restaurants and bars. Staff are amazing so helpful and friendly. Pool and grounds are clean and tidy.

It would have been good to have a little more cupboard space.

Dede and his family are lovely. They are very obliging and offered to do anything they could to make our stay comfortable. Real value for money and great location close to the beach and Bali Hai and other restaurants. They have a scooter for hire and assisted us to hire a buggy for the duration of our stay. They also provided a kettle on request. The pool was great for kids with a shallow end for the 6 year olds to swim safely.

My partner and I had been travelling for 2 months and this was not the cheapest accommodation we had stayed at but definitely the WORST. The staff were rude, when asked for breakfast options they laughed at us and made fun of us to each other. Pictured were a variety of breakfast options however they did not offer any of these. The mugs and jugs for breakfast were filthy (see pictures), so we actually found alternative breakfast options. The room was filthy, the bathroom was horrific and falling apart. There were rips in the bedsheets, the lamps did not work and the paint was falling off the walls. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The shower was weak and cold. The toilet was unclean. Overall, I would not recommend staying here at all.

The owner do not invest in that hotel, everything is rusty, a lot of flies in the comedor area, in reality is a 2 stars hotel. No more!

We felt like the owner was laughing at us to his friends which didn’t feel great. There is a fridge in the room but we didn’t use it as I don’t think it’s been cleaned in a long time.

The location was great, it was right near the beach.

Disadvantages: The bathroom was stinky and dirty, as if nobody cleaned it before our arrival The room was dirty in the corners, the floor looked as if nobody cleaned it too The only drawers were full of dirt and spider webs

The advantages: Very close to the Mushroom Beach (1-2 min walking) Very close to a great Warung with the greatest Indonesian food I've ever tried Clean swimming pool AC worked fine Cheap place If you want a place just to sleep and then go somewhere else, it should be fine.
