We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was amazing. The Staff was extremely helpful and went out of there way to help with any issues. The location could not be better. Right across from Padang Padang beach. On a walkable street to many spas and restaurant. Nice poor and outdoor lounge area. The hotel looks much better than the photos.

New ZealandThe Room exceeded our expectations. After travelling around Bali for a month staying in big resorts and villas our final place to stay was The Room. This is a lovely boutique hotel right in the hub of everything but once you walk into the courtyard you are in a tranquil space. Our room was small but comfortable. The breakfast was substantial and the cherry on the top was the staff who greet you with big smiles and keep the place spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again if I was ever in Uluwatu.

I arrived sick (with Bali belly) and they got me straight into the room, brought me coconut water to hydrate & bananas so I could get something in my tummy. They brought me a good tea that helped and checked in on me regularly. I was so grateful to be staying there because the staff were so lovely and kind. All staff were lovely and helpful, but I remembered Chelsea’s name as she was super sweet to me. Thank you so much for your kindness to all the staff, I truly appreciate it. The breakfast was also delicious when I was feeling better. the pancakes were yum!

We simply loved everything about this place! Highly recommended for anyone looking for the perfect getaway. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the stunning Padang Padang beach, as well as several amazing restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was fantastic — delicious food with great coffee, tasty pancakes, and fresh fruit every morning. The room was spotless, smelled lovely, and had all the comforts we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We rented a scooter through them, and they organized everything in no time. The cherry on top? They provide free water, coffee, and tea all day, and the bathroom is stocked with incredible body care products. Can’t recommend this place enough! We’ll definitely be back!

New ZealandWe loved everything about The Room Padang Padang. We had a superior room. It was comfortable, roomy with a very large outside bathroom. The whole place was spotless and gardens meticulously groomed. Pool sparkling and the best place to cool down after a day out. All the staff from cleaners to managers were very helpful and so so friendly. We felt very much at home here. We stayed for 2 weeks. It’s a great place to stay as it’s very central and just a short scooter ride to any of the fabulous beaches and great cafes. Never had a Dud meal in Uluwatu. Will go back again
