The villa could do with a little TLC as some elements were a little worn (e.g. bath towels). I personally didn’t like going outdoors to the toilet / shower in the master but some may quite like this (I’m a wuss). Would have been nice to have an outdoor seating area around the pool instead of on the 2nd floor - it seems wasted up there.

We stayed in Villa Amman (4 bed). The location and size of the villa was good. There were 4 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The pool was a good size and temperature. The garden was beautiful and kept tidy at all times. The staff were friendly, attentive and very accommodating - Komang and Made. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa Mgr was also very responsive - Mrs Nurul. Overall, we had a great time here.

-We travelled with an elderly person and an infant in the pram. There was no footpath in the surrounding roads, so we had to walk on the roads which was dangerous and difficult. -Breakfast was made in the villa, which was smelly and awkward. We had limited options and the bread quality was very bad. We had people cooking and cleaning for 2 to 3 hours in the morning everyday in your villa. We preferred if the breakfast was made somewhere else and brought to the villa. -Swimming pool was cold, both kids got sick.

The place was a little run down, having said that it’s great value for money. It sounds like some renovation is underway, so would definitely recommend the Residence, Seminyak.

Great location in the heart of Seminyak, walking distance to restaurants, massage places and other shops, and close to convenience shops. The staff were excellent. They were so friendly and helpful. Yunita cooked for us daily and also cleaned our place, she was so friendly and went above and beyond, even driving us (scooter) to a local pharmacy when my sister was sick and needed medicine. Nurul and the team were very helpful in answering all our questions, helped us organise drivers for day trips and also let us stay longer when my sister was sick on the last day. We had a great time, a big thank you from me and my family.

The villa was quite expensive compared to other villas we stayed in, but we did feel like it was just about worth the money!!

The manager was there to greet our group and show us around the villa. The highlight of the trip was our butler, who was there for a few hours each morning. She made us an amazing breakfast (our choice, options to customise a lot!!!), and was the NICEST person you would ever meet. She really took care of us. Thank you Yunita!!!

A gym on site would have been nice. The towels were discoloured and worn, definitely could do with replacing with some new ones. Everything else was fine.

Made our butler was excellent, breakfast every morning really good. Stayed in Villa Siam in the master room, it was a lovely room with indoor, outdoor shower and a jacuzzi bath. The private pool was a big plus!

Surpassed my expectations by a mile. Was told we had a dedicated butler, gardener, kitchen staff on arrival. Place was extremely well maintained with the gardener removing leaves and debris from the pool every morning . Kitchen staff cooked breakfast every morning and there was 24/7 security. Also told the villa manager that I wanted breakfast delayed to 9am at 3am and she replied at 330am?! Very impressive highly recommend

Each day we picked our breakfast for the next morning. We chose the dragon fruit bowls, omelettes or boiled eggs with fresh juices and coffees . All we made fresh in the villa and presented beautifully

Me and my group stayed at villa lanai and abosolutely loved it! we had such an amazing team looking after us and accommodating to our needs. the villa was extremely clean and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job at cleaning the rooms and everything in general. the breakfast included was also excellent and it was delicious. the villa was stunning and had no issues from our group. we felt very safe in the villa as a group of all girls. the team was so welcoming with their hospitality and they also provided welcome drinks to freshen us up and gave a tour of the villa.

We stayed in the Villa Jepun, three bedroom for 5 of us. A beautiful villa with a large pool for a family of 5, great location, well maintained and the staff were always exceptionally helpful. One of our guests is in a wheelchair and they were able to provide a chair for use in the shower, they ordered taxis for us and arranged airport transfers and when some guests got struck by bali belly they arranged for doctors to come visit immediately. Hani was our chef and she did everything she could to help nd cook delicious breakfasts.Can’t wait to be back!

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay there.

The Villa and staff were absolutely fabulous.. We were looked after as though we were their very own family.. The location was so convenient and simply a short walk to the main shops.. the Villa was superb.. clean and tidy and well maintained.. we had a wonderful team of staff looking after our every need. This was our first trip to Bali and we agreed that any other time we travel there, that we will be heading straight back to The Residence - no need to shop around for other accommodation options as this one was the best there could be. Thank you to all of the staff who hosted our stay there.. we are so grateful
